Welcome to stay next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a fireplace.

Husarö - small cottage with great charm and top location

A small cottage for those who like sea views and beautiful surroundings. The cottage offers a wide bed and a narrow sofa bed that together provide sleeping space for up to three people. You have access to a private kitchenette with fridge, a private toilet and a shared outdoor hot shower. An open two-person kayak is available to borrow. On the island, there is a small shop and during the summer also a bar, located about a kilometer from the cottage. Booking is for at least two nights. Bed linen and towels can be offered for a fee of SEK 200 per person

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to ride up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

The largest villa has 6 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and sauna, fully equipped kitchen with hot water and dishwasher, a living room with a fireplace and dining table. A large deck faces south of the villa with a fantastic view of the sea. The lake house has 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and a large deck outside. Getting there by car is easy.

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.
