We stayed here for a wedding at The Burr Mansion, which was extremely close to the house! The house was clean and updated. A few spots to walk to including a local bar. Just a walk to the beach. Bedrooms are all spacious and were very clean. Would definitely stay again.

this spot was a great home base for three adults and a baby while we were in town for a week. we were able to get to nearby places quickly from this location and it was so nice to stay in this comfortable and functional (we cooked a lot) home. the weather wasn't on our side for sitting outside but that would have been the cherry on top. Derek was a great host - very responsive and helpful.

First of all I would like to thank Carmen for letting me stay at her beautiful home. I enjoyed the time I spent at the air bnb even though it was a very busy weekend for me. Carmen home was clean and comfortable, also a very convenient location close to so many places. The home is also pretty spacious I was able to have a nice family dinner and gathering there. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful air bnb, Carmen was a great host Thankyou again.

Excellent stay! Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time. What an amazing place! The views and beach were spectacular. Took a weekend getaway with my girlfriend and pup and we all enjoyed it. Very cozy beach house. If we weren’t on the beach we were on the deck with ocean views. Sol was very responsive and answered all my questions. Definitely a 10/10 stay!

We came over to New York for a 1 week holiday, where one of the options was this AirBnB, and after looking around we ended up settling with this one. Bill has been a great host, always proactive and quick to respond when there was something we didn't have. the Airbnb itself is as described, comfortable for 2 people. We were concerned that it might not be worth enough given we visited in December, though thankfully there is a good central heating; the additional heaters weren't required, but the heated blanket was a nice touch. Lovely locations nearby, and we actually spent half the week just staying in Oceanside as everything was a walking distance away. Getting into Central New York City is best done by walking 20 minutes to Oceanside station, and taking the LIRR straight in. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit NYC. We'd happily stay here again if we visited NYC again.

Amber’s place was immaculate and stunning. This was my 2nd time staying and it was just as magical! The place had plenty of space for a family of 3 and the washer/dryer was very convenient. We had a great time and would stay here again!

We needed a dog-friendly ranch style to home with three bedrooms and two bedrooms close to Sayville, where we would be celebrating Thanksgiving. I was lucky enough to find this rental which was clean, comfortable and ideal for our two-night stay. Adam was attentive and easily accessible via text. I would highly recommend this lovely home.
