It has been stylishly renovated and furnished according to our ideas of vacation and recreation. During the renovation, emphasis was placed on traditional craftsmanship and the use of contemporary materials from around the turn of the century. BALTHASAR Resort Guesthouse on the Rebhang in the Rheingau

The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. The architect's house is located in the "Rebhang" settlement, one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas in the Rheingau wine-growing region. The settlement is located at an altitude of around 400 m, around 300 m above the Rhine and is surrounded by meadows, vineyards and the forest.

The Kirchberg vacation region "in the middle of the Hunsrück" - surrounded by the Moselle, Rhine, Nahe and Saar river valleys, is one of the most beautiful and interesting natural landscapes in Rhineland-Palatinate. The vacation home is centrally located but quiet in the middle of the village. Restaurants and bike rentals are available. Kirchberg is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, climbing, exploring the suspension rope bridge or visiting natural and adventure pools.

Fantastic log cabin on the Rhine

In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the log cabin is located right next to the edge of the forest. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

The cozy detached house Tropica (72 square meters) invites you to switch off and linger. In addition to a high-quality kitchen, it is characterized by its attention to detail. There is a sofa bed, so 2 children are welcome. The garden supports the comfort with a heated hot tub, the barbecue area with a Weber grill and the 85 sqm play-fun fitness center with training equipment and entertainment. Relax in your little retreat on the Mosel. From this wonderful place in a quiet side street of the mountain village Starkenburg you can start hiking, go wine tasting, simply relax or work remotely. Let the distant view and nature inspire you. The old half-timbered house has been completely ecologically renovated and is simply cosy including a wood stove. Relaxen am Wald

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
