Everything is in perfect condition. Here you will live out in the middle of nature, only surrounded by the forest and the sea. Take a bottle of wine and the one you love under your arm. Here it's hard not to fall in love - both with the place and with each other.

Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. A unique house in a stunningly beautiful setting in the heart of Bohuslän with an incredible view of the sea and the Väderöarna islands in the southwest. Enjoy watching the sea and the weather change shape. Here you are sitting on the first floor and can enjoy watching the beautiful sailboats pass in the fairway through Havstenssund. The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. In Havstenssund, you get a genuine and relaxing experience of Bohuslän.

House of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Cottage in Bohuslän 21 sqm, walking distance to swimming, down the mountain. Kitchenette, July 2025 upgraded from bunk beds to spring beds, toilet is in the cottage, shared shower in the basement (low ceiling) in the larger house, just over two km to the bus. 10-13 km to Kungshamn/Smögen. Proximity to Sotenäsleden, Nordens ark, golf course, Gerlesborgsskolan 15 km. You need to bring sheets and bath towels. Kitchen towel, toilet paper, salt and black pepper are available here.

Villa Holmen offers a quiet and natural accommodation, perfect for families and for those looking for relaxation and outdoor life. The house is child-friendly and is secluded with proximity to lake and nature. Boat is available to borrow at no additional cost during the stay (please let us know in advance).
