The place is clean and very spacious perfect for big family. The pool is the big hit for kids. Lovely care taker and he tour you around if you need his help. Definitely we will come back again. Thank you.

Very clean and accommodating place. Bevilyn was there to assist us when we checked in. The place was a beautiful mix of modern and traditional designs. All the devices and technology were up to date such as the airconditioner and TV.

Benito was a great host — he was easy to contact whenever we had questions. The place itself was peaceful and very homey. It’s close to town and the wharf so everything you need to access is a few minutes away. One note for people bringing their cars though is to be mindful that you will take a slightly beaten path going into the property, so low cars take caution. One car we brought though was a Vios which didn’t have much problem.

My girl's stay at "Tiny House" was great.John Pol was very understanding and My girls appreciate the hospitality that was showed to them and were amused by their cute pets.Thank you John for taking good care of my girls and for giving me a kind and friendly act.Overall a wonderful place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Getaway – Would Stay Again! We had a wonderful stay at Kings Manor from April 16–18! The place was exactly as described—sparkling clean, stylish decor and incredibly cozy. The location was ideal for a quiet retreat away from the noise of the city. Fernando was a gracious and responsive host, making check-in a breeze and offering helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, the pool and peaceful balcony. Minor note for future guests: Flies inside the unit but it wasn’t an issue for us as they have provided swatters and repellants. Overall, we highly recommend this rental and would love to return! We had a great time at Kenneth's place. We stayed one night only but worth it. I brought my family and friends total of 26 people. This place have six rooms and plenty of beds that able to accommodate more than 26 people. Each rooms has own bathroom and shower. Kuya Kenneth offered us e-trike to use for free if we needed to buy something from convenient store. Clean rooms, kitchen, huge space, no time limit on karaoke which 10/10 for us. The only one I did not like was the smell came from the bedroom/bathroom downstair. I did not complain to the caretaker cause I thought it was coming from the aircon and will go right away. It took probably 30 minutes or so and it came back. I sprayed my perfume to the room and it helped. Would be nice if they have separated toilet to use downstair for everyone since we had been using the one toilet in the 1st floor bedroom and my mom kept waking up. But, overall it was a great stay. Thank you! Kenneth told me that swimming pool will be added soon.

Quiet place- except dogs barking but that’s understandable- for a rural place Aside from the brief black out - lighting was sufficient- Air conditioning needs improvement The toilet bowl in one of the bathrooms was moving- and there was no toilet paper holder- Despite the above comments- I think the pace is very spacious and conducive for big families

Superb place. squeaky clean. host is very kind, helpful and responsive. we will definitely be back and book this place again whenever we are at Pangasinan.

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.
