Welcome to our charming farm just outside Vimmerby in the heart of Småland! Here you live in a detached and pleasant accommodation, surrounded by pastures with horses and sheep. The farm is alive and close to nature - a place for you who want to get away from the city's pace without sacrificing convenience. The farm is part of a small village community with a few neighbors nearby, but there is still a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful nature right outside the door. Please note that animals are directly adjacent to the house.

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.

By car you can reach Astrid Lindgren's World in 10 minutes and within walking distance of 1km is the popular Tobo Golf Club with food service. Private beach with grass 50 meters from the house and shallow sandy beach 1 km away. Discover the lovely viewpoint next to the knot, take a jog on the running track or a swim in the lake. This is the place to relax after an intense day with all the lovely characters at Pippiland.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Pick eggs and enjoy breakfast overlooking fields and forest. About 2 km from here you will find lake Maren where you can swim. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Astrid Lindgren's world.
