We were 4 adults, 2 dogs and 2 children. We had a lot of space and a beautiful view of the water! Very beautiful and stylish furnishings and a high quality equipped kitchen! Beautifully bright and open! We felt very comfortable and are not averse to coming back! There was also enough parking in front of the house! We'd love to come back! Communication was very polite and accommodating both by phone and in writing!

great cozy place for a few days in Bergen op Zoom. Very functional, well-equipped. Host for the little ones. Great. Be careful if you are traveling with small children or having trouble with the stairs, the stairs are really steep...

This is a fabulous and quite unique place to stay. It is beautifully furnished, very comfortably appointed, and with staggering wide views of the estuary from three levels. You could pass the time simply watching the water, birds and weather up close and all around from the bedroom or the balcony (the storm was as exciting as the sunshine). There's an excellent restaurant underneath (but little noise reaches the property) and a lift direct into the apartment. Wifi worked perfectly, smart TV took a while to work out! Studio kitchen very modern and had every possible gadget. We had a fabulous few days here as a family of four - plenty of room both for everyone to do their own thing and to spend time together. NB because the lantern bedroom is surrounded by wall-length glass, it gets very hot in sunshine (even with the ceiling fan and air conditioning unit below). There are no sockets for phones etc in the top room, and if you need to use the toilet in the night it is two floors down using a ladder - didn't cause us a problem but may not be for everyone. But waking up in the morning to the sea and sky all around was a sensational experience!

What a lovely place Joke and her husband have made to welcome guests. The location is beautiful, the apartment itself is also incredibly beautiful and cozy. We had a very nice and quiet New Year's Eve and it was an ideal base from which to discover Zeeland. Also very nice that the dog was allowed to come, which is not always the case because it still requires extra cleaning afterwards. We'll be happy to come back.

Mark has a very great house, even for a larger family with dogs. There were five of us, including our three dogs, and we felt very comfortable in the large and well-equipped house. The living/dining room is huge and invites you to stay. The location and the path to the water and beach where we could also take the dogs is perfect. Shops are within walking distance in the village and there are plenty to see by car within 30 minutes. We will be happy to come back, as we only had half a day in Amsterdam and also want to visit other places to end the day of vacation while grilling in Mark's cottage. By the way, the dart in the kitchen was a lot of fun! In short, the perfect house for a holiday even with dogs in quiet surroundings.

It is a fantastic cottage with all utilities available. Johan and Mariska are super sweet hosts , are always there for you and help with lots of fun. We feel completely at home there and also completely relax there. I definitely recommend everyone to stay there. In any case, we will definitely go back. Z'on beautiful environments and so much to go for a walk in nature. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very centrally located so everything (restaurant, café, supermarket, city center, etc.) can be easily reached on foot. It is located in a courtyard, so it was also very quiet there. The equipment corresponds to the pictures, everything you need is there. We had a very pleasant stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described – very spacious, beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The location is incredibly quiet, which made it ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Our host, Nino, was wonderful – very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any small questions or requests we had. What really stood out was that the house was already equipped with many essentials that are not always provided elsewhere – there was plenty of soap in every bathroom, lots of toilet paper, towels, bath towels, and even a well-stocked kitchen with basic spices. These thoughtful details made our stay even more comfortable. Everything was perfect. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again!

We enjoyed it. Upon arrival very well received by Ina and her husband. A beautiful view of the garden, very clean spaces and carefully decorated. Everything was available for cooking.

We’re super happy with our stay! The check-in experience was incredibly smooth — we received video tutorials that explained everything clearly, which made it all so easy and stress-free. They even added a baby chair for us, which we really appreciated. The house is even more beautiful and well-decorated than in the pictures — and that’s saying something! If you’re lucky to catch good weather, the backyard is an absolute dream and makes it hard to leave. Highly recommend this place!

We really liked the stay. The host and lady were very friendly, helpful and relaxed. The cottage is beautiful. The spacious and quiet location was perfect for us with our 3-year-old son, plenty of space to play and unwind with even a private trampoline and rowing pond. The beach is a short drive away but very accessible. As far as we are concerned, highly recommended! Han, Lian and Jeppe
