Crazy Horse (14' tipi)

Crazy Horse & Custer traveled this way to Devils Tower. This tipi can comfortably sleep 4 adults. Each tipi has as two burner stove, 3 gallons of water, a pot, coffee fixing things, a propane lantern and a solar lantern. There is no electricity on the property and an outdoor solar shower available if desired. Sleeping places (pad, sheets, blankets and pillows) can be set up for a total fee of $30 for 4 payable on arrival; more available for $10. Please request this when making a reservation.

The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, complete with a memory foam mattress, and walks out to the front porch. Our favorite thing about our cottage is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Guests are welcome to hike, fish Kara Creek, or fish the 11 acre pond stocked with trout (many over 20 inches) and large mouth bass. Beautiful 60-acre working hobby farm nestled in the Bear Lodge Mountains with access to the Black Hills National Forest. This site has a fully fenced area to ensure your privacy and deny access to the farm animals. Inside your fenced area you will be able to relax with nap in the hammock, enjoy a meal outside, read a book under the oak trees, tell stories around the fire pit, or take a walk on a meandering nature trail.
