Huge and spectacular apartment on the top floor with its own balcony terrace that takes all the lights next to the jacuzzi. Pablo is always attentive and Laura is super adorable. They greeted me with great kindness and affection towards my pet. The building also has its own garage, which is very useful, a patio and green space, a gym and a quincho, in addition to the pool upstairs. Very quiet area near hospitals, pharmacies, bars and restaurants. 10/10!

Ana Victória was a great host, we had excellent communication, the apartment is good, spacious, clean, a little far from the center, but as we only stayed one night it didn't make a difference.

The location is excellent, especially if you go to Ciudad Universitaria: it is very close and the area is quiet and safe. The accommodation is just as shown in the photos, clean and comfortable, ideal for a short stay. It's not super-equipped, but it has everything you need to rest and relax. The bed is comfortable and the WiFi worked great throughout the stay. The host was very nice and always responded quickly to our inquiries. Overall, a good experience. We recommend it.

We went to spend a weekend and found it very comfortable and a very quiet area, the house was equipped, lots of greenery, the garden, the spaces, highly recommended.

The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, by Uber too, not so much on foot but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (not much either). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and always available

We were really surprised by the place, quiet, the kids can play outside without having to worry, you are 10 minutes from downtown. Veronica is an impeccable host, she shares all the information you need, and is always available. Highly recommended and we will be back

With my family we had a great time on our trip, we found that the accommodation is as seen in the images, everything is very clean, tidy; the house is very comfortable and beautiful; the neighborhood is very quiet and safe; María José at all times responded on all the queries we made, she gave us information to move locally, etc. Everything very well, it is in itself a place where I would go again without a doubt. Bruno and his grandmother Liliana are great hosts. We had a problem because the check-in indicated flexible after 8:00 - due to their lack of knowledge, relatively new to the platform - and from our immediate reservation they managed to adapt everything so that we could enter at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The space is beautiful, the pool is wonderful, clean, warm and with a waterfall that caresses you. Layla, a pitbull dog, is playful and friendly. The river a few meters away with its shade and place for walks is an added value. Absolutely recommended!

The cabin is very convenient and quiet. In a very good area. We had an impeccable stay. Very attentive Juan Cruz always at your disposal.

We spent a night at the place and were very happy with the experience. We were well received, and the hosts were attentive to any needs we had. Also, we were able to take our pet smoothly, which was a big plus. We also had the option to park the car in a garage for an extra cost, which was very convenient for us.

The cabin is perfect for anyone looking for a simple and cozy stay. This is our second time staying in Dani's space, and we're thrilled. She's very responsive and patient. Super recommended. (P.S. Walking distance to this Paz & Flora, a restaurant with very interesting vegetarian options.)

Pablo is very nice and responsive! Really good communication. The apartment is spacious, cosy and well equiped. The neighborhood is calm, with several shops (supermarkets, bakeres, butcher's shops, etc...). It take 15-20 minutes to walk until the center of the city. There is a cool park with a river near from the apartment (10 minutes by walking), perfect to have a walk. Everything was really good!

Monica and Sergio are very warm and kid individuals, the place is as described.

This is our first time renting through this app, and the truth is super happy to meet Doña Petro. The place is beautiful, quiet, ideal to stay a few days in Cordoba and touring the province, the neighborhood is super quiet and she let us know that for anything we needed we had with her. My experience was excellent from the end. The Host's instructions for finding the keys just 1 block from where the apartment is located are very clear. The place was spotless, as shown in the photos and descriptions: clean, well-scented, well-equipped and comfortable. A beautiful terrace, where you can sit on super comfortable benches to appreciate the streets of New Cordoba. The value is unbeatable, it really exceeded my expectations. Communication was smooth and very friendly, and the host's commitment to making everything perfect was evident. I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it (I already did🤭) and I would return without thinking. A ten!
