great stay with nice furniture and convenient location, walkable to the university and city center. hosts were quickly responsive to any questions or concerns.

Very peaceful property that felt very safe. There were many bars, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The underground parking provided a very secure spot to park our car.

Lovely host and good location

The location was great and there is a supermarket near by. The supermarket is key since there isn't any shampoo or bath soap (which some people may be accustomed to in other countries). The remote control for opening the garage door did not work properly, so I had to get out of the car and ring the people upstairs to let you in. Overall the place was great and well located, it just needed some very inexpensive amenities to make it a bit better. I would return here without question!

Carla and Rodrigo were excellent hosts. Our check-in time had to be changed due to the plane's delay, and they promptly received the changes, responding in a satisfactory time. When I return to Santiago, I will look for them again!

I loved everything! Right next to the subway, which gives you a lot of freedom to do whatever you want. 12 to 15 minutes walking from the Costanera center, and I like to walk, I always walked there, even in the cold. I already want to come back! Thank you Po!

The best thing is the location if you're interested in something cheap near the airport. It is 10 min from the airport by car. The area is not for loitering. The amenities are simple, useful and just to spend a few hours or a day before a flight, as shown in the photos. María Teresa is quite friendly, very attentive and considerate of guests, responds quickly and is super accessible and flexible with schedules. My friends and I rented it one day because we needed 3 hours to sleep and bathe during the early morning hours before a flight and she was there for our arrival and departure, even though it was very early in the morning. Excellent for that.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

This was our 1st trip to Chile and we feel so lucky to book this property for so many reasons. We are in love with Chile. Claudia Alejandra and her property are definitely reasons among other. She is a great person, very humble, always ready to help. She is very quick to respond to all our questions with great recommendations everytime which we found very helpful. On the day of our check-in, she greeted us at the gate, served us freshly made lemonade and gave a tour of the house. The property is very beautiful with so many details, characters and has plenty of space to accommodate our group. The front yard has multiple hammocks to enjoy. I am so happy we agreed to let Claudia stay in the basement as she remained a great resource throughout our trip to make it very comfortable, enjoyable. All her shopping recommendations are great i.e. Mozart bakery, Peublito los dominicos just to name few. Her fur babies are adorable. I would book this property again and highly recommend to everyone.

The location is easy to find, spacious, has kitchen tools, there is hot water for the shower, the only shortcoming was no laundry service for long-term stays, everything else was great

This Airbnb has an excellent location to tour the beautiful city of Santiago. The apartment itself is very close to the Tobalaba metro station and the Costanera Mall. We enjoyed very much our stay and will consider it next time we are down under in South America. Thanks Karina for all your help!

We stayed about 8 days in the apartment, and loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Great and homely accommodation with proximity to Barrio Italia, good restaurants and shopping. Great host who was thoughtful and helpful. Can really recommend staying at Gonzalo's place!

Excellent location

Everything was very good, spacious bedroom and kitchen, everything was very clean. I would review the shower system and floor of the same, put a little more cutlery and glasses, and update the TV that does not give for more, but everything is perfect, the best value for money.

Cristóbal is a genius and super nice to respond and be attentive, the place is incredible and the neighborhood is also wonderful, the location!!
