Staying at Robert’s place was such a great experience. The property was beautiful, and the surrounding area was calm and scenic making it feel like a perfect getaway. Robert was super responsive and easy to talk to, which made everything smooth from start to finish. It was really nice meeting him in person—he even greeted us in Swedish and gave us a little tour of the place, which made us feel extra welcome. We look forward to come visit again to explore the area more!

This was our second stay at Shawn's property in Wilmington, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, and we had a wonderful time. During our stay, we experienced a snowstorm, but Shawn was proactive in ensuring the entrance was cleared promptly, allowing us to come and go without any issues. His attention to detail and commitment to making our stay enjoyable truly stood out. We greatly appreciate his hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. This was a great place to stay. Jeri was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, warm, and friendly. The place was beautiful, and all the amenities made the stay very pleasant. Fresh eggs and cream in the fridge, along with chickens right outside really set this place apart. Wonderful place, wonderful stay, amazing host.

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

If you want to relax and take in a gorgeous view, this is the place! The apartment is huge; you can really spread out. The two living areas have that stunning view over the Hudson. Looking at a map, we think there's a state park opposite the Airbnb, so there's no development, just trees on the hillside. The weather was closing in, so we didn't get the gorgeous sunset we'd hoped for, but you might. We did takeout so that we didn't have to leave the view. Brothers Fish & Chips was a total delight -- the fish was fresh and lightly battered. Very much like you get in England! And the hosts provided breakfast items, a real bonus. Two things to note -- commuter trains run between the property and the river (but below the level of the apartment) and Sing Sing prison is within view. We weren't bothered by either, especially since there aren't many trains at night and you don't see them from the patios. And driving along the prison road to pick up our takeout was more interesting than scary.

Loved the place! Just like the pictures. Super responsive host. Even shoveled the deck and stairs for us after a snow storm. Definitely recommend staying here!

Didn’t want to leave! The place was very cozy, we felt right at home and the sound of the creek in the background was the cherry on top! You sleep peacefully on comfortable bedding and get to cook great meals in a cozy kitchen and enjoy a walk in the morning to the nearby waterfall! Sunsets were spent lazily on the hammock socking up the sun and fresh air. At night, we really enjoyed watching Nteflix on the projector screen and catching up.

Great spot for a small fishing trip with the guys. James was a great host. Will 100% be back next year.

Scott is amazing! The airbnb was incredible! Lovely placed filled for immense and loving memories. He allowed me a late Check-Out which was wonderful. Definitely recommend you guys coming more often!

My family of 8 (2 parents & 6 adult children) REALLY enjoyed staying at The Cow Barn Lodge! This home really is a great home away from home!! Donna & Jack greeted us & gave our family a great tour so that we knew where everything was & how to work & find all of the fantastic games and all the space had to offer us. The Cow Barn is huge, clean and well taken care of by Donna & Jack. Donna gave us great recommendations for a places to eat (Roots for dinner in Rutland was delicious & Sugar & Spice was a fantastic breakfast spot on our way to ski at Killington). We loved the location to easily get to ski all the local mountains & also do some great winter hiking at Mt. Ascutney. Since we have adult children, they really enjoyed their private spaces & the game room to play all together (we are a competitive family who loves to play pool and ping pong, but the barn had way more to offer!). As others have said as well, our 1st stay in a barn as a family was awesome!! Can't wait to return!

Paula's house is epic. It is beautiful, large and perfectly equipped for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone with very comfortable beds, amazing large kitchen with two ovens, beautiful dining table and very large living room. Spent a weekend celebrating a birthday with friends and we never left! Not to mention the hot tub....

Very large and nice open space in the house. Family of 6 felt very comfortable and we could have had more join. Quick drive to windham to ski and spent evenings in front of fire playing cards. Kitchen has everything you need for nights in.

We absolutely loved this rental! Location was perfect, close to the mountain and restaurants! The pool + hot tub was a major hit with our kids and we used it everyday after skiing. We will 100% be returning to this rental!

This is a wonderful stay in a cozy private room. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room itself was very comfortable and well-appointed. I was encouraged to use the shared spaces, such as the living room and kitchen, which added to the warm and inviting atmosphere. I’d recommend this listing if you’re looking for a friendly and comfortable stay.

Just perfect for our trip visiting NYC! It is very easy and safe to walk to the train. The grocery store is even closer… small in size but well stocked. We ate dinner at two recommended restaurants in Jersey City - both yummy! We did not mind hearing a little family sounds at all. And for sleeping… the neighborhood is quiet! Book it and enjoy!

5 nachten verbleven bij Phil en Gio, en voelde als thuis! De ruimte is precies zoals beschreven. Lekker ruim, en een aparte ruimte om je kleding/spullen in op te bergen. Het bed slaapt erg lekker en zelf de slaapbank, is voor een slaapbank erg goed. Zelfs als je deze hebt uitgeklapt, heb je meer dan voldoende ruimte in de kamer. In de ochtend wordt je gewekt door de vogeltjes die fluiten. Met een koffieapparaat en koffiecups bij de hand, geniet je in de ochtend van een lekker kopje koffie op her balkon met prachtig uitzicht op Manhattan! Met de bus en tram om de hoek, sta je in 20 minuten in Manhattan! Deze plek is heerlijk juist ook omdat je even kan ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad en hier lekker tot rust kan komen. Om de hoek zit een supermarkt waar je alles kan halen wat je nodig hebt! Voor een volgende bezoek aan NYC, zou ik zeker weer hier verblijven! Bedankt, Phil & Gio, voor de goede zorgen!
