Need to know The home has 2 bedrooms with a 90 bed in one room and a 180 bed in the master bedroom. There's also a 90 bed to put out in the bedroom you want to sleep. A lived in house on site is available but nothing that disturbs. Locked walk-in in master bedroom.

Air heat pump is also available for hot/cold nights. Outdoor kitchen and dining area just outside. Communal eco-toa and kiosk where there is a fridge.

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.

A modern house built in 2022 located in glorious south facing right on the shoreline, offering the best of Swedish nature only 50 minutes from Stockholm City. Enjoy Järnafjärden's fine swimming and fishing waters from the private dock, barbecue overlooking the remote and enjoy the morning coffee on the sunny dock deck.
