A beautiful and cozy home with a breathtaking view.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house in Leynar. The location is ideal – quiet yet central to explore the islands. The house is equipped with everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, a cozy fireplace for cozy evenings and a bathroom with excellent water pressure. After a day of exploring, it was the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates comfort and a great location.

Very clean place with a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the dining area where we can look out to the fjords. a convenient place to get to all islands, Torshavn and airport.

Lydia’s place was really great and I enjoyed my 10 days in Klaksvik staying here. I really appreciated the modern washer and dryer. The water pressure in the shower was great also. The view out the window is amazing and never gets boring to look at as the light changes throughout the day on the hills. The beds are comfortable but it would be nice if maybe one of the rooms was a double bed instead of joined twin singles as they can move apart in the night. But overall this is a great place to stay and Lydia was very accommodating when I needed early checkin! I would recommend this place to any one staying in Klaksvik

The apartment was incredibly well appointed with everything you might possibly need in the kitchen, including a full array of herbs and spices. The owners were very helpful and always on hand in needed.

The location is beautiful, facing the ocean with two access paths to the seaside. Two windows overlook the ocean from the dining room. Everything is very quiet and the activity upstairs is very modest and quite bearable, not annoying at all. The living room is a little dark, not facing the view but very comfortable, with blankets and comfortable cushions. The bedding is excellent, and the bathroom is functional. the decoration is suitable and tasteful. The kitchen is very well equipped, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Nancy helped us a lot during the marathon so that we didn't get stuck in the roadblocks. Recommended without hesitation.

Our stay at Fríðas apartment was perfect! The apartment is well equipped and just like the pictures. The view from the bedroom is amazing and we‘ll really miss waking up with the view across the mountains and water. We would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment and would love to come back.

Would stay here any time I’m in the Faroe Islands! They are incredibly responsive and also went out of their way to get us tissues when we told them we kept getting runny noses due to the weather. The house itself is always warm and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring many Faroe Island attractions (Mykines, lake above the ocean, witch’s finger, etc.) I appreciate the fully dark blinds to cover the windows. Note that the pillows are very soft and you might want to bring your own if that is an issue. Nicolina’s place is the basement of a house and there are soft footstep sounds above if you are a light sleeper.

We had a wonderful stay at Asa’s place! It was a great space with everything we needed. Asa also provided us with more than expected for our young son including a crib, high chair, toys and snacks which he very much enjoyed. Thank you so much!

Outstanding Airbnb and host. Very responsive. Beautiful and clean boathouse within walking distance to town. We cooked multiple times and had everything we needed. Great full size washer and dryer. Everything was first rate. Can’t say enough about the whole experience. One of our best and we have stayed at a lot of great Airbnbs. 👏🏻
