I absolutely loved this house! Susan made this stay perfect, I was highly impressed by the details Susan put into this listing. I would stay here again and again. Susan paid attention to all the tiny details and made it an incredible stay through her hosting and communications. The house was in a fantastic location close to everything if you have a car. The photos are just as in person.

Pamela's place is in a lovely old building right in the heart of historic Frederick. Historic sites and restaurants were an easy walk away. The apartment was clean and well furnished. We're glad we found it!

Had an amazing stay for my girlfriends birthday. Great place to stay if you like being able to have some of the comforts of home. There’s also books with things to do in the area which we found very helpful. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our time. Lots to do in the area and very close proximity to Baltimore and DC. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay!! Minutes from the Metro, a school with a basketball court right across the street for my son who is in AAU basketball, quiet and peaceful after our long days exploring and sight seeing. We conquered 5 museums, The Wharf, The Zoo, Chinatown and the U Street Corridor in 4 days!! This definitely will be our go to place to stay in the District. Thank you again!!!

Had everything we needed. The first lace was clean and exactly how the host described it! I had lots of questions prior, and she was so great at answering all of them quickly and courteously. She provided extra bedding for my kid to sleep on the futon and couch. Shower was AMAZING. Bed was comfy and the kids slept silently so I’m assuming they were comfy too! Will definitely book again when I need to stay overnight in the area!

Sylvan’s house was great. Very clean, cute home. Loved the historic charm of the neighborhood and the house itself. The home is close enough to the action to make it easy to get around but far enough that it was quiet at night and you could hear birds chirping in the morning. If I ever make it back to DC I would definitely consider staying again. PS: the street was really adorable!

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it! Wais is a great host! We will definitely be coming back again in the future.
