Great location with convenient garage parking. Really nice amenities especially the pool. Just wish it had been warmer weather to enjoy it. Extra special spices for cooking and the refrigerator was awesome! Really enjoyed my visit.

Had the best time staying here with my dog. Calm area to walk my dog, friendly neighbors, and felt right at home. Sheets, towels, etc everything was provided. One of the best equipped kitchens I’ve seen in an airbnb. The hosts are very responsive and nice. They were also flexible with me when i needed it. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved this place! Me and my partner spent the weekend here and Victor was helpful with everything great response time and worth every penny went sent on this place! Beautiful high ceilings, comfy couch and amazing kitchen it’s perfect for a couple getaway and wanting to enjoy the Houston lifestyle! Nothing at all to complain about this gorgeous place! 10/10

cole was an excellent host, the pictures didn’t do the place justice in my opinion! the place was super clean. he was very lenient on allowing guest to come over. the instructions were very clear on how to get into the place. cole made sure to keep in touch to make sure everything was up to par on his end. 10/10 i would recommend.

This was a great stay! Room is VERY big. Bed can fit 3 ppl! Shower was very nice and got hot fast! Little kitchen area was very clean, deep sink. Extra towels were nice! Lots of seating and plates provided. Microwave worked! Tv had YouTube and Netflix (Roku?). Plugs by the bed were very convenient. Clothes rack to hang your clothes (no closet/dresser). I stayed in the bottom unit. Be mindful of which street you get dropped off/picked up because you enter the Bnb thru the back. Please read instructions, the host is very informative! This spot was about 25min from IAH. Also, watch your step when you first walk in (though they have reflectors taped on the floor to show the step too). Neighborhood could use a little touch up but otherwise it’s peaceful and quiet.

I recently stayed at this downtown Houston apartment, it was a great experience. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and public transportation. Getting around was a breeze, and I loved being able to explore nearby attractions without hassle. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and accommodating, answering questions promptly and providing helpful local recommendations. The check-in process was smooth, and the building felt secure. Overall I had a great stay, I will book again

Estate Heights was an excellent host from beginning to end. The home had all the essentials, great internet, great garbage service, excellent communication and was very clean. Glad I chose them will use them again when I visit Houston in the future. 5/5 stars

Cozy, clean apartment! The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud LOL. The community is very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely come back to stay at this location.

Great place to stay, within walking distance to the baseball and soccer stadiums. Lots of good food nearby, would recommend.

Cozy, clean apartment close to NRG stadium and the Texas Medical Center. Joyner (host) was professional and very responsive.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

Great stay! Gabriel was really polite and responsive! It smelled clean and look nice! Clean pool and hot tub! Only thing I would say is the tv was kind of small but I also didn’t have my glasses so yea lol, but I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome stay!

We had a great stay, you do have to download two separate apps but they are easy to navigate and use. I apparently don’t read directions well so when I had a question Brian was quick to respond. Close to the Toyota center and felt safe in the complex. When we visit again his place will be one we look out for.

A very safe area. Super clean apartment. It’s very close to target, Walgreens and other convenient places. Checking in. Might be a little tricky. But once you do everything goes by very smoothly. She also is super kind and had cute little gadgets, toothpaste, deodorant, razor and tea for us💕

Great host ! Very responsive to all my questions. Location was great near by stores and restaurants. You also have an amazing view of the pool. The place was also very clean.
