You will find the warmth of a good wood fire in winter and the coolness in summer thanks to its thick stone walls. It is located in a very small village where you can discover an ancient medieval fortress, a dedicated museum, an enchanting estate made of rockery creation.(Lavaux). We are winemakers in the Côtes de Toul AOC, so you can taste our wines on-site or take them home as a souvenir.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

The house is located close to downtown Ligny-en-Barrois, close to all amenities, near the expressway to Saint-Dizier (20 minutes) and Nancy (40 minutes). It consists of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is spread over three levels. There are three TVs connected with WiFi and Netflix in the living room and bedrooms.
