Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you are looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, this is the place to be! You can relax on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a sauna session. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
