Welcome to Paros… Our family-run apartments and studios are located in the area of Pounda, Paros. It is a green oasis full of trees and a beautiful garden with plenty of vegetables and fruits. 

You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space, the comfy beds, the sunsets and the beautiful sea. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

The space
We have 10 studios and apartments. They're all designed having our guests in mind, and therefore we created spacious, elegant and traditional style spaces using materials like wood and stone. Spending a wonderful and relaxing time during your holidays is a top priority for us, and we will do our best to make it a unique stay for you.

We have three big communal spaces! There are three big tables where you can either work (it's highly recommended if you're a digital nomad) or have something to eat. The barbecue is available to all of our guests if they want to make use of it. You can also find three big hammocks under the palm trees! Believe us, taking an afternoon nap there or reading your favourite book will be the most relaxing part of the day.

We love sustainability, and we believe in protecting the earth. Some of the steps we're taking to positively impact the environment are using 100% sustainable energy (solar panels) and solar boilers to have warm water available for our guests.

Every year we make sure that we plant a wide variety of vegetables and fruits. Our guests are more than welcome to either pick the vegetables or fruits they like, or we can do this together! Just ask us what products are ready to be picked. Why do we do that? Because it's not just about staying and having a lovely time but also connecting with nature and having the freshest food and products. We usually have figs, bananas, pomegranates, tons of grapes, apricots, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis, eggplants, peppers, green beans. 

We want our guests to feel like home and have a beautiful time. Ask us should you need something during your stay, and feel free to let us know what we can do for you.

We provide free of charge parking space for all of our guests.

We're located just 8 minutes (6.4 km/4 mi) from the airport of Paros or 10 minutes (6.8 km / 4.2 mi) drive by car. The kite-surf area of Pounda is 3 minutes away by car. The port to Antiparos island is 10 minutes away on foot.

The bus stop is just right ouside the property in case you don't want to rent a car! There are several buses everyday to the main town (Parikia) or Pounda.
