Cozy, new, fully furnished, 28 square meters, 1-bedroom condo unit, located on the top floor of the building hence very quiet.
It is within walking distance of the Central Business District, Makati, Philippines.

Located on the ground floor of the building is a mall that has a supermarket, various restaurants, a spa, and a salon.

The unit has all the facilities you will need for your convenience, SELF Checkin key less entry on the unit.

It has a queen-sized bed complete with bedding, a dresser that can also be a workspace, a wardrobe cabinet with hangers, an air-conditioner, a stand fan, 42-inch TV with Netflix, and a well-appointed bathroom with a hot shower, and a washing machine.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge, electric stoves, electric kettle, rice cooker, bread toaster, pans, cutlery, and crockery for light cooking.

The building boasts of swimming pools which have 3 Lap pools, 3 wide and kiddie pools, and a gym!

Note that each guest needs to pay 150 pesos for a whole day access to the swimming pool. The entrance can be paid to the building admin or to the guards of the pool area.
