Vistamar blends rustic charm with modern comfort: tranquil ocean vistas, A/C, furnished balconies and garden areas, private bathrooms with hot water, daily cleaning, Starlink WiFi (with backup power), desks in all rooms and common spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and attentive staff. Vistamar offers more than a dozen tour operations on-site, as well as daily yoga with an epic view. Located in the town of Ayampe, right in front of the reserve and just a 2-minute walk to the beach and shops.

Vistamar is nestled between the ocean & the reserve; & less than a 2 minuet walk to the beach.

Apart from what is mentioned in the listing description there is a terrace on the third floor where you are welcome to do your own yoga practice (we have mats and props), participate in one of our classes or sign up for a private.

We also know that many of our guests are working and also come to be comfortable so we have installed back up generators so you can stay connected even while your enjoying being truly remote.

The house is located in a quite, quaint local section of the village of Ayampe. The house is one of the few that make up the one block street; there is a big pasture that opens up to the beach directly to the front of the house, an estuary that borders the north end of the block, houses behind populated by friendly neighbors and a few small restaurants on the other end of the block. Their is a vegetable truck that comes to the house every other day with fresh local produce and dairy. And the neighbor behind the house is a fisherman with a variety of fresh catch whenever the ocean is calm enough to fish.

The Vistamar Team is happy to share all local knowledge that we have; the best trails through the mountain and up the river, where to find a surfboard (or a dirt bike), coordinate dive trips- leaving on a boat right from right in front of the house, surf trips (by boat or car), who to go fishing with, the best people to get in contact with for Spanish lessons and surf lessons, what time the buses leave, where to get cold beer and coconuts!

We'll be happy to coordinate any adventures that you want to do, all of which can be explored and decided when you arrive or after you have booked with us.
