Located less than 2 miles from the Appleton airport, and 32 miles from Lambeau, this executive home sits on a quiet cul de sac. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, two with queen sized beds and there is a bathroom in between them. The master suite sits on the opposite end of the house. In the basement is a rec room and a 4th bedroom and 1/2 bath. There’s a beautiful yard and deck and big fire pit. A great place to stay for EAA or Packers games (take a shuttle bus for about $30 each).

We are 20 minutes to Appleton and Oshkosh and about 50 minutes to Green Bay. We are also 7 miles from downtown Fremont and the Wolf River known for it's fishing and boating activities.

The place was perfect. Right off the river and in a great location. The house was clean and there was a surplus of supplies. There were many towels, dish-ware and wood for the bonfire. Overall, this rental was great. I would highly recommend it.

Phillip was great right from the start when I first looked into staying in Neenah. The house is a quaint little 2 bedroom all refinished beautifully. The beds and linens are beyond comfortable, I've never stayed anywhere where I slept so well because of how cozy the bedding was! I'm going to miss the duvet and wish I knew where he purchased it so I could buy one for my home. The house was neat, and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Our niece, more specifically my wife’s niece, scheduled her wedding for the 2024 Green Bay Packer home opener. I watched the prices tic up and then found this gem. Me and my wife 58, my in-laws 80s and our grown boys, 20s, just looking for a place to sleep. Dani was patient with the flux of numbers at an Italian wedding, maybe 7, maybe 9, ended up being the original six of us. An impeccably quiet and private location. If you need a place after a Green Bay visit, book Dani’s place. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very quiet, private, neighborhood. Perfect.

Couldn't have asked for a better location and excellent house. Everything was as good as promised and loved the ample amount of firewood for use. Perfect view of the river and extremely private peaceful setting. I would highly recommend this property and definitely planning on booking here again 😀

Had a great time here. The property is tucked away right against the river. Great views from the kitchen. Neighbors were a little closer than anticipated and the living room ceiling is a little low. Nice kitchen and good about amount of sleeping space. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful.
