I had a wonderful stay at Yulia’s house during my time in Armenia. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Yulia was a fantastic host, very welcoming and thoughtful, making sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. I would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Armenia. Beautiful and calm place. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Great view from balcony. Optimal location. Quite close to main highlights of the city. Also walkable distance to waterfall. Big thanks to Hoster Hovhannes, who arranged everything on very short notice.

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

It was my first trip to Armenian in 33 years, and I wanted to find a place to relax and enjoy myself with my family. The description of the house was exactly as we saw. It. It is a little paradise outside of the town. The beautiful house, the outside pool, and the rest of the properties covered with fruit trees create a familiar and relaxing place. Both bedrooms on the property's second floor have the most fantastic view of the sunrise, and on the balcony, you can claim the rest of the valley.

Many thanks to Marianne for the cozy and comfortable time we had in her home. The house is very big, cozy, modern. Everything in the house is made with love - furniture, decor, dishes, textiles - everything is very high quality, stylish, you can see that the hosts were very responsible for the design of the house. The terraces (there are two of them) have a very nice view of the mountains, and early in the morning you can see how balloons fly very close). Not a minus for the house and the hosts , but it is important - the last section of the road in the village is bad, but we were in a large car and were able to come first ourselves, then pick up friends from the square.

Vigen’s villa in Jrvezh was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The fresh air and peaceful surroundings were amazing. Vigen was a great host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Nice place to stay. Came here in autumn and the trees were that orangy yellowish color and it felt so really nice. Nice location as well.

We rented the apartment on the top floor which was very private, very spacious, big living room with large table and seating area, 2 spacious bedrooms. Access to large private balcony from dining space with view of garden, pool and surrounding mountains. Everything was clean and worked well. Communication with the owner was easy and fast and she was very kind and always ready to help. Also all people working there were always nice and ready to help. We could park our motorbikes under the roof behind the gate what was very comfortable for us. Good small supermarket is right around the corner. It was a perfect spot for us to explore Gegham Ridge. Definitely recommend.

Cozy place to stay in a great spot We were able to enjoy the local beauty (you can walk on your own throughout). The kitchen was occupied, but highlighted the kitchen in another unoccupied cabin. There are animals in the Eco house, but it didn't bother us. Come, do not regret it.
