Good place to stay and have a rest.

The apartment is great: beautiful, clean, stylish and bright. There is everything you need. High-quality furniture and appliances. Just like on the photo. The hostess is very good and kind. I also liked the location, there are many parks nearby, 10 minutes by taxi to the center.

Armen made us feel like family ,his kindness and responsiveness was amazing . He never hesitated to respond to any of our needs day or night . The welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake & fresh fruits on the table He often brought us fresh fruit & even gave a bottle of valuable Vodka to my husband as a gift . My husband is Lebanese Christian so he doesn’t speak Armenian but Armen being so educated was able to connect with him in English . Even his wife was so loving and attended to our needs beside her husband (because it was our first visit to Armenia we had a lot of questions LOL) The place in reality is far more beautiful than in the photos , new ,organized and clean . My husband and I would love to go back there for our next visit . I highly recommend it You want to feel you’re at Home? You will finally feel so at this beautiful place.

Very nice place, very clean and bright. Even though place is not near centre, still great surrounding, always available parking.

Our stay at this beautiful house was relatively short, but we loved it so much that we will definitely be back soon. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The place was well renovated, clean and very accommodating. The kitchen was very well furnished, it had everything that we needed. The bathroom and the bedrooms were exceptionally clean and had all the necessary toiletries and furnishing. The outside of the house was relaxing and very well thought-out. We had breakfast and dinner at the two verandas/porches outside and loved it very much. Thank you to our host for this great gem, we will visit again!

Hi, Pleasant functional accommodation. Parking in front of the accommodation, a market opposite where you can find all the necessities. Downtown is a stone's throw away as well as public transport. This is the best apartment we have rented in Yerevan. And we rented 6 apartments, so I know what I'm talking about;) we lived in this apartment for more than a month. It is very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for living. I would like to note that the apartment has a very high-quality renovation, it is immediately clear what was done not for rent, but for yourself. Even though the window is currently under construction, she did not give us any worry at all, and even vice versa. Our son is a big lover of construction equipment, was simply delighted, he couldn't be pulled away from the window. There was no noise or any obvious dust from the construction site. The area where the apartment is located is lovely. Tsitsernakaberd, Tumo Park are within a walking distance. There are cool playgrounds nearby (and there is a large shortage of playgrounds in Yerevan). I want to thank the hosts of the apartment for their hospitality and generosity!

Edward, the sweetest soul person, kind and responsive. It so happened that all the little things of life fell on our stay, but Edward was quick to get in touch and tried to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. For the inconvenience, he gave us a welcome gift and also extended two days of staying for free. We were very flattered by this act. This once again confirms that Edward is a super host and above all he cares about the comfort of his guests, and then he cares about his advantage. As for the accommodation: it fully corresponds to the photos, the apartment has two large bedrooms and a living room, our family was comfortable. The beds are very comfortable! The only thing I would note is that there is no central heating in the apartment, in the cold season half ice, you can't walk without shoes, but there are enough heaters, in a couple of days we warmed the house to a comfortable temperature. And there is no shop nearby and the house is at the top, it's inconvenient with bags uphill. But if you are with a car and in the warm season, this house is the best!
