We have our own private Lake Access with a Jetty and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

We LOVED staying here! The view was something else. The house was super warm. All amenities were clean and the house was cosy. This was only a short drive to the Redwoods. Melanie was really responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay! Lora kept a lamp on inside as she knew we were getting in later that night, and the small things like that made us feel right at home! Nice place and a close drive to all the things to do around Rotorua :)

Hilary and Rob are fantastic hosts. Hilary is super friendly and accommodating. I simply inquired if there is a microwave at the place to heat up takeaway food (no big deal if there isn’t one), she went out of her way -and bought a brand new one before we checked in. We were amazed by her kindness and effort, we really appreciated it. The place is very peaceful with stunning view, highly recommended!
