The house is located opposite the amazing baker, within a short walking distance to Højer Mill with a café, close to a nice ice cream shop, the grocery store and Højer Pølser. The Wadden Sea, the North Sea and the Tønder marsh are right outside the door, and definitely worth a visit.

Falke 13 is a 50-square-meter, newly renovated apartment on the first floor. Quietly located on a cul-de-sac and set back from the street, with views of nature from the balcony. This unique place has its own distinct style, thanks to plenty of indirect lighting and custom woodwork fixtures. A large induction stovetop with integrated exhaust ventilation and a separate wine refrigerator invite you to get creative in the kitchen. The sea is about 15 minutes away, and the city center is about 20 minutes away, both within easy walking distance.

Here you can relax and start excursions to the surrounding area. The house is situated in an idyllic location on the marsh hiking trail. The apartment is located in a half of the house that is separately accessible for guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026

The loft apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. Due to the open roof ridge, the room has an extraordinary height and spatial effect. Relax in a luxurious box-spring bed. You have a shower room with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and linens are included. Radio, cable TV and WiFi are also available. From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. For your trips to the beach (about 5 minutes by bike) and across the island, I will provide bicycles. The bus stop is 150 meters away, as is the delicious bakery. Opposite is the farm shop with regional products such as milk, eggs, potatoes, etc. Edeka is 300 meters away. As well as restaurants, cinema and cafes.
