A gem of house, nestled between charming Hyde Park & bustling Mueller neighborhoods. It's a cozy 2-bedroom with all the amenities. You can walk to restaurants or Alamo Drafthouse in Mueller (via quick Lyft/scoot), or to awesome spots a few blocks away like Tyson's Tacos, Kome, JewBoy Burgers and Lazarus Brewing. It's expected that guests respect the 10 p.m. quiet curfew.

Enjoy downtown Austin while staying in our peaceful and private studio. The space includes a private fenced patio, large kitchen/living area on the first floor and bedroom/bathroom on the second floor. We also have private off street dedicated parking and are located in one of the top areas in Austin. Just 4 blocks from the famous Franklin bbq, paperboy, moody center etc. this is a great, centrally located spot for exploring the city.
