Perfect location for skiing Gore Mountain. 4 min drive. Great Adirondack feel. Ewa checked in a few times via text. Wanting to be sure we were warm enough in the very cold temps. We were toasty. We invited her to stop in one eve to say hello and see our German Shepard. Shes a big lover of these dogs. She stopped in with some treats for him and say hello. Unit is very clean and spacious. No problems, would recommend for skiing.

Absolutely beautiful spot on the lake! The house was perfect for our extended family (grandparents, parents and children) and extremely clean. I am usually a tough critic of cleanliness of air bnbs and very nose sensitive. Besides cobwebs (outside!) the entire place was spotless and odor free! Plenty of towels for the entire family and comfy beds and linens. Honestly felt like a home away from home. We brought our boat and explored the northern quarter of the lake. The dock looked brand new. A very nice sandbar on the opposite side of the island seen from the dock- great to park and swim at. Lots of cool islands to explore nearby too. It unfortunately rained almost every day we were there so thank god the house was big enough and comfy for 6 adults and 2 kids to hang out. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful part of lake George

This home was exactly what I was looking for. The home is perfect size for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Perfect location for our family from the “country” it was in the perfect location with a cute little store within walking distance if needed. Everything was as described. We will be back in the summer and yearly for the winter carnival. Thank you for all the recommendations as well.

Allan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and recommended things to see and do. We had noticed one of the chairs in the kitchen had a leg coming about, I sent Allan an email with a picture. He answered right back and let us know that his wife would bring another chair over to replace the broken one. The home was very clean and homey. I would stay there again and I do recommend the place. DP

My family and I spent a few days during spring break at Dan & Samantha's place. The location is wonderful, close to downtown, restaurants/breweries and the state park. It checked all our boxes of activities we enjoyed doing and all that were easily accessible. The neighborhood is beautiful and with a really nice playground also within walking distance. The house is spacious, bright and open. We enjoyed the outdoor space, puzzles and game consoles. The kitchen amenity was on the lighter end but still covered all basics. We had a great stay and highly recommend!
