The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

You'll have a great time at this ground-floor place to stay if you enjoy hiking or cycling and are looking for beautiful landscapes or leisure activities on the water. Hiking or biking trails practically start in < 100m from the apartment. The Bostalsee is also only 10 km away. Our modern leather bed with a new firm mattress is a low double bed of 140 cm and so more suitable for 1-2 young flexible people. New, partially frosted windows with soundproofing!
