It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

We loved our long weekend in Nieuwland. This is a tiny village so very quiet and peaceful, but just a few minutes drive from the motorway. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for our group of 3 people. Everything worked great- lovely kitchen, powerful shower and a tv with a guest Netflix account. We were disappointed we didn't get a chance to sit outside in the courtyard due to the rain. We would happily return and would recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet away from town. Thanks for hosting us Esther and Sam.

We hebben een heerlijk lang weekend gehad in de B&B van Piet en Thea. Bij aankomst kregen we een vriendelijk onthaal met een kopje koffie. Gedurende het verblijf zijn Piet en Thea erg gastvrij. Voor de verjaardag van mijn vriendin stond wat lekkers in de koelkast. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kan heerlijk in de tuin zitten en we hadden het geluk dat het lekker weer was en van het zwembad gebruik konden maken. Piet en Thea serveerden een heerlijk ontbijtje 's ochtends en hielpen ons graag met wat we konden doen in de regio. Kortom zeker een aanrader en we komen graag nog eens terug!

Ik ben hier met mijn dochters van 1 en 3 geweest. Het huisjes is perfect voor een weekendje weg. In de keuken heb je alles voor een weekendje weg. Verder is er rondom de boerderij veel speelgoed te vinden en kunnen de kinderen met de dieren spelen. Er waren twee kalfjes geboren en we mochten zien hoe ze voor het eerst naar buiten mochten. Er leuk voor mijn oudste dochter. De host’s zijn erg vriendelijk en toegankelijk, je merkt dat ze het echt leuk vinden om gasten een leuk verblijf te geven. Schoonhoven ligt op vijf minuten rijden en dat is een leuk stadje voor een uitstapje. Bij de stadscamping kun je frietjes eten en is een speeltuintje. Ideaal.
