Vacation rentals with a patio in Hoogland

The house is located in the elegant and tranquil upscale rich district, half an hour from Amsterdam central station train station and it takes only 10 minutes to go to the train station.The town itself is an idyllic canal setting with beautiful views.We love our community and our time spent here.Will come back again!

Excellent apartment with a nice balcony in the bedroom, everything in good condition & modern furniture. All appliances are top notch. If you plan to use public transport, it's a bit of a walk from Naarden Bussum station and the bus has a low frequency. Super quiet at night with good beds so you sleep well.

The apartment was excellent, and I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was as described with full kitchen, spacious living area, and nicely updated main bathroom. On the second floor without an elevator but stairs are wide and fairly easy to navigate. There were no written instructions for appliances or any recommendations but when we had questions, Diana was very responsive and answered right away. Both the metro and tram stops are very close so it was easy to get around using public transportation. Several grocery stores located within a few blocks and the Albert Cuyp market is on the next street which we enjoyed. This apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Amsterdam.

The apartment was clean and just like the pictures. Everything you need is present, even games. Roof terrace was great and has a nice view. Cafe in the same building is recommended.

Emma was friendly and helpful, always responsive, and very thoughful. The house was a home, had plenty of kitchenware which is indicative of how welcoming it is. It was calm, and thoughtfully furnished. Love the place, a piece of magic in a wonderful country.

Our stay was perfect for our family. We were grateful to have one of the few airbnb's with no stairs, so access with luggage was a breeze! The unit was in a private quiet courtyard and perfect for our kids. Very easy access to public transport and beautiful views of the Amstel right across the road. Our host was so helpful and communicative the whole time, we felt perfectly at home. Very grateful to have found this place!

Biljana's place was great to stay at and great for families. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and with at least 3 playgrounds in walking distance of the house, we had a lot to do for our toddler in the quietmoments in between trips. Parking is free and spaces are abundant. She provides lots of toys for little ones and provided a travel cot for our 2 year old that was not yet used to sleeping on a bed. The place is well kept, clean and a treat. The air conditioning was great for the hottest days. Access to the house is best in class. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for letting us share your home for those days!

Great place to stay for our party of 5. Right on the lake but a short 10 minute walk to town and eating places. We loved our stay here

I cannot fault our stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Fantastic property, with interesting architecture. Comfy beds, big patio, inviting and secluded garden, spacious lounge. Great place & great host who responded quickly to our questions… easy check in & out…. Great location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood but within walking distance of stores and even the historic old Kampen… we visit Kampen often to visit family and will also look for her listing…!

We felt really comfortable in the beautiful townhouse. Alkmaar is worth a trip and at the same time the starting point for many other destinations. Parking away from the place also worked wonderfully. Caterina is a great host.

This is a beautiful house and it had everything we needed for a short stay. The house was so clean, and had a lovely garden area to relax in. The house is located in a great area, and there was transport close by which made it easy to get to. Johanna is a great host and was very responsive to messages. Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

Bora was an excellent host! He left thoughtful touches like stroopwafels, a welcome note, and even an umbrella because rain was forecasted. The apartment was beautiful, warm, and cozy, with everything working perfectly. Communication was clear and smooth throughout. I highly recommend staying here—it was a pleasure!

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Perfect place to stay. All what can be necessary is available at the place. Very clean and nice. A lot of beautiful places around. Very kind and helpful owners. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful time in Amsterdam and Elles's place was very convenient! It had everything we needed and was located near multiple transportation options. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! The location is perfect—right in the heart of De Pijp, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and a lively street market. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the underground, which made getting around super easy. The apartment is stunning—spacious yet cozy, with a comfy couch and fireplace that made it a great place to unwind after exploring the city. We also loved the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom—it added such a fun, unique touch. But the best part? The hosts. So kind, responsive, and welcoming. They made everything easy and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment, really convenient to get into the city centre by tram. The only downside was no curtains or blinds in the living room for the evenings. Hosts quick to respond and helpful. The key safe could be a bit tricky to spot if you arrive in the dark as it's on the other side of the road and was behind a couple of bikes when we were there!
