Two minutes from the Historic Granbury Square for easy dinning and or shopping. 10 minutes to Yellowstone Bosque Ranch.

Boats & Brews is clean, cozy cottage located on a quiet Lake Granbury canal. Its a quick boatride to the main body of lake and famous Stumpy's. With four bedrooms, it sleeps several couples or a large family comfortably. The backyard is gated with large patio, gas grill, lounge chairs, two fire pits, kayaks, and private boat dock. There is plenty of driveway parking for multiple vehicles and boat trailer. Cottage is a short drive to Historic Granbury Square with unique shops and dining.

A single-story home features a combination of brick and dark siding, complemented by a distinctive turret. A spacious driveway leads to a wooden garage door, while manicured lawns and well-maintained shrubs enhance the welcoming appearance of the property.

Full kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 patios, game room with pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, croquet, corn hole, badminton... Relax on one of our two patios out back. There is a gas bbq grill for those who like to grill. Down by the canal, we have a fire pit and a 20' fishing pier/boat dock. Granbury Square is just minutes away for shopping and site seeing.
