My second Airbnb listing as a host who has stayed at over 100 hotels around the world :) (It's near Hongdae, but it's very quiet at night) Transportation: 2~3 minutes on foot from Sangsu Station, 5 minutes away from "Olive Young", Hongdae Club Street and 8 minutes away, It is located 8 minutes away from “Mapo Saebit Culture Forest”, a hidden spot with a view of the Han River. Amenities: We provide illy capsule coffee. Stay Seul offers miniature hotel amenities that are no longer available due to regulation. We provide 5-star hotels (Shilla Hotel, Lotte Hotel, etc.) amenities and Molton Brown products that are also used in the Royal House of England. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc. are provided. Room condition: There are king-sized beds in two rooms, each with a TV and a beam projector (you can watch Ott, Netflix, etc.). All bedding is changed for each stay. Cooling/Heating: Summer: Since there is an air conditioner in each bedroom, it is always cool. :) Winter: The air conditioner includes a heating function, and floor heating is available. :)

Tim's Place, Tim's stead. #2 This is the second story of a simple Wannabe house handmade by a host who majored in architecture. The second project focused specifically on Dining Experiences. It's a house with a large kitchen for cooking together, a table for 10 people, a bed that guests can rest comfortably, and a house filled with the romance of inviting friends to stay up all night and talk comfortably. While it is suitable for a small party room as it can accommodate a large number of people and has convenient transportation, it is a place where, on a quiet morning, you can walk through Gyeongui Line Forest Road with your pet, explore nearby restaurants during the day, enjoy busking on the way home, stay up all night at Hongdae streets, then afterwards relax in the cozy house. Being a house designed for residential use, the furniture, fixtures, and home appliances where well thought out. And I always thought of comfort rather than glamour. Now relax at Tim's Place instead of Tim!

Our guesthouse is a 4-minute walk (300m) from Hongik University Subway Station Exit 1, so it has the advantage of very convenient transportation. You can walk to Yeonnam-dong Cafe Street or the downtown shopping area of Hongdae. The guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area, so it is quiet and pleasant. There is a convenience store right in front of the accommodation, so it is very convenient. There are also restaurants right next to the accommodation where you can dine.
