The goods location good safe and secure you will get many restaurants in food panda to order here. host is helpful and responsive. after chek in, i was out to work and return late. lift was off but the guard start the lift for me. car parking charge was reasonable and safe. balcony has good view. bed was comfortable. no one disturbed. bad ac not enough to cover the space. water purifier has issue. water has a unpleasant after taste. comforter need a cover. need to keep tissue box. I carried mine so didn't ask for it to host. 1 good clean bath towel and one time brush should be there. must add a manual lock in the door.

The host was very responsive and friendly. The flat is very well decorated and equipped with all the necessary appliances. We loved the security chacha, he is super nice as well!

great host very accommodating

Faruq was a great host, very responsive. The staff working in the house, Momena and Jahanara, were extremely kind and helpful. They all made sure I felt comfortable and that I had everything I needed. The apartment is in one of the best locations in Dhaka, a very calm neighbourhood close to shops, restaurants and cafés. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the room had its private bathroom, which I appreciated. It wasn't clear from the description that the room was in Faruq's house and that I would be the only guest, but I didn't mind it. I wouldn't recommend the apartment if you mind the smell of cigarettes, but Faruq was respectful about it. It was a great stay overall, and I felt welcomed and comfortable at Faruq's house.

I had a wonderful stay at Perla’s place. The house was exactly as described — very clean, comfortable, and beautifully organized. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to stay here again in the future! I appreciate the excellent accommodation provided.

I had a pleasant stay. If you follow the latitude and longitude given by Shafiq, you will be at the exact place. So, it was easy to find the address. The caretaker was helpful. He carried up and down my luggage’s and was responsive when I needed one or two things. You can cook by yourself and make tea/coffee and if you want to buy food that is also close enough to the place. The place was peaceful. If I need a place to stay in Dhaka, I would definitely be here again. As, Shafiq also has holiday flats in London for rents, if I visit there I would definitely knock him as he suggested.

While there were a few problems, all were addressed and fixed. That is life. I like the place very much
