Hessdalen - Fantastic cottage in beautiful surroundings

The cabin is located in a fantastic, idyllic location and views at 850 meters above sea level. It is a short walk from the cabin to the tree line and mountain plateau. The drive to Hessdalen takes about two hours from Trondheim and less than an hour from Røros. The cabin was new in 2011 and has a very high standard. The mountain area is internationally known for a light phenomenon and is located at Forollhogna National Park. State property, with the possibility of hunting nearby. If there is no winter snow grooming, snowmobile rides can be checked upon request.

Farmhouse

Nice family cabin located on an old farm in Rugeldalen (Røros). Right next to Rugelsjøen with the possibility of fishing. Perfect starting point if you want a mountain hike, berry/mushroom picking or bike ride on the trail. 3 alpine resorts from 15 min - 1 h away. 5 min away you will find Norway's NM course in Frisbee, it is free to use. Newly renovated house by Aursunden

Bright and pleasant little house that has just received a major upgrade, located on the south side of Lake Aursunden. It is 23 km/20-25 minutes by car to Røros, 8 km to the village Glåmos with grocery store, and 10 km to Olavsgruva. There is always snow here in the winter, and ski tracks lead up to Rørosviddas extensive ski network when conditions allow. Good hiking opportunities in the surrounding area also in summer. There is a year-round road all the way to the house and you can park right outside the door.

Varborg Tydal

This cabin is located by the main road and is close to the city center as it is only 3 km to the store and other facilities. Great hiking opportunities both winter and summer, forest and mountains in a whole wild nature await you :) Miles of prepared ski slopes and snowmobile trails. and 18 min by car you will find Trøndelag's largest waterfall "Henfallet" Tydal is the place for you who love nature and the opportunities it has to offer. 75 min to Røros 80 min to Trondheim Airport Værnes 110 min to Trondheim

If you need some peace and quiet, travel with kids or are looking for an outdoor adventure, you’ll probably like Munkslåtta. Our cosy apartment is situated in the basement, has it’s own entrance (we live upstairs) and offers a bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and sauna. Enjoy crosscountry skiing right from your doorstep, go hiking or pick berries when it’s the season. Here you can enjoy the silence, light the fire in the fire pit or light a larger fire at the gapahuk - both summer and winter. The cabin is well located for year-round trips to Hessdalen, Rugldalen, Røros, Tydalen/Riasten. In winter you can also put on your skis for a cross-country trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen ski resort. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.

Gammelstuggu at Trondsvollen

Welcome to Trondsvollen. Here we rent out the old cabin on the farm for accommodation. The farm has a history dating back to the 17th century. Gammlstuggu has recently been completely restored to preserve the old character from when the house was new. The log cabin is clad from the outside, but on the second floor the old log walls in some of the bedrooms are as they once were. Gammelstuggu takes you back in time while at the same time having access to today's facilities.

Modern mountain cabin in Ålen overlooking the whole village and the surrounding mountains. Ålen is a small mountain village in Trøndelag that is known for good outdoor opportunities in summer and winter. Here you will find great cross-country areas, fishing opportunities and a ski resort. From Ålen it is 33 km to Røros, 12 km to Hessdalen and 120 km to Trondheim. Røros is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Hessdalen is known for the "Hessdalen Phenomenon".
