With a plot of 5000 square meters and a house area of 221 square meters, there is plenty of space for both play and relaxation. The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups. The house is located only 1500 meters from the North Sea, making it the perfect place for those who love to spend time by the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun, swim in the sea or go on long walks along the coast. For those who want to bring their four-legged friends, pets are allowed, so the whole family can be together. Inside you will find a bright and inviting living area where you can relax after a long day. The house is equipped with wireless internet and a television with both Danish and German TV, so you can stay updated or enjoy a good movie in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a large 60 litre fridge freezer, making cooking a breeze. There are five bedrooms in the house, including three with double beds and two with bunk beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for all guests. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating, in addition, there is also a shower in the pool room. Thyborøn, with a still active fishing port, can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

An ideal base for the holidays - whether you are looking for relaxation or activities for the whole family. It is close to Lemvig Golf Club and areas with good hiking trails. Lemvig town is close by with cozy shops, cafes and a charming harbor promenade.

Annex in quiet surroundings - access to pool and sauna

Between Herning and Holstebro you will find this gem. A great place for anyone who wants to be close to nature, but still within a reasonable distance of the nearest towns. We live in the house next to the annex, but we will not disturb you during your stay. You have an exit from the house to a private terrace, which is next to the annex. The pool area, sauna and garden etc. are shared with us.
