Bedroom with two new beds that can be separated, bedroom with a bed and bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is coffee and tea. Salt/pepper and oil. Shared bathroom with owner, private toilet on the 1st floor. For the little ones, there is a weekend bed and high chair. There is access to a large fenced garden. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The landlord lives on the ground floor.

Location. Lovely, open house in the first row by the lake. The house is a brick-built villa where you rent the ground floor and the first floor. (The basement is closed off.) Beautiful lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Within walking distance of shopping, the town center, restaurants, and a walk in the Sødalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground, and within a short distance are a tennis court, golf course, padel court, and swimming pool, as well as beautiful beaches for swimming. You can always contact the owner by phone if needed.

Here you can be in peace and quiet, and be close to nature.
