Vacation rentals with a patio in Holmes County

Adam is a wonderful host! He is friendly, accommodating and extremely responsive. When I notified him that the washer had an issue he immediately responded and had it replaced with a new one in no time. He also knows the area well and gave great recommendations for local eateries and for fall festivities. The apartment itself was exactly as described and well-equipped with all the kitchen tools needed and with quality, essential supplies. I had everything I needed for my 2-month stay there. I would definitely stay again!!!

I had such a wonderful stay! The house was super cute and cozy—I truly felt right at home. The decor and layout were so thoughtfully done; everything felt comfortable, welcoming, and full of charm. I even snapped a few photos to use as inspiration for my own space! Melinda is an outstanding host—responsive, kind, and clearly puts a lot of care into creating a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed place to stay.

Carol is a great host. Her property was spotless clean and very well managed. It had everything we needed for our long-term stay. She was always available to answer our questions and take care of any needs. I would definitely book a stay with her again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was worried about it being an apartment and not having much privacy but it felt very private. The beds were VERY comfortable and that’s always a gamble when staying somewhere. Very clean. We enjoyed having drinking water provided as well. We enjoyed being right in town within walking distance to the brickyard. We will definitely stay here again next year for this event if we have the chance to. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil setting, then this is the place for you. They had a delightful bird feeder set up right off of the living room area that was very relaxing to sit and watch. I am not sure that we have ever stayed at an Airbnb that was as clean as this one. It was exactly what we were looking for and cannot wait to return!

We loved our stay. The house was very clean and had just what we needed. Our toddler enjoyed the large garage to run around and play. It was easy access for my aging parents with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. The neighboring property had horses and cows which was great to be able to look out and see. The location is a short distance to all the surrounding towns. Hannah was such a sweet host. She gave me recommendations and checked in with me to make sure everything was going well. We wished we could have stayed longer but hoping to come back.

Everything was beautiful, comfortable and clean. A well-thought out, intentional Airbnb. Nice, driveable location to Amish country attractions and restaurants, as well as gas station and convenience stores. Responsive host who helped us try to trouble shoot, unfortunately WiFi couldn’t get rebooted. Refrigerator water line and ice machine also not working. This and WiFi were not detrimental to our stay. Appreciated that the host provided firewood. However it was left outside and rain moistened it so we could not use the fire pit. Bring fire starter! Overall, we had a wonderful time! Kitchen well-stocked with supplies. Very nice dinnerware. Plenty of space. Peaceful outdoor area was a highlight! Loved the hot tub and covered lounging area. Comfortable beds/sheets/pillows and plenty of clean towels. Easy check in and out. Driveway and garage fit our 3 SUVs. Street parking available. Loved the layout of the home and pristine bathroom. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Wonderful property with lots of room inside and out.

we enjoyed our stay! Felt very safe there, parking was easy, we didn't use the outside area but it looked great! Close to all the places that we wanted to visit. Patti was really quick to respond to our questions.
