Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. Thank you very much.

Majoitus vastasi tarpeitamme loistavasti. Majoittujien joukossa oli mm. kaksi koiraa, jotka nauttivat ulkoilusta aidatulla pihalla. Nuorin vieras oli 5 kk ikäinen vauva, jolle oli valmiina matkasänky. Kylpyhuoneessa oli myös reilusti tasotilaa, ja vaipan vaihdot hoituivat siellä sujuvasti. Varmasti varaamme majoituksen uudestaan, jos olemme liikkeellä Iitin suunnalla isommalla porukalla.

Great house for families with wonderful pool and sauna. Safe and beautiful environment with playground and beach nearby. Shops also accessible. Great vibe sitting outside on the patio in the evenings. Could easily stay another week here!

It was our best Airbnb experience. The house is very cozy, well-equipped with attention to detail, and exceptionally clean. The amenities available include a sauna, BBQ area, trampoline, fireplace, bicycles, boat, fishing rod, and various equipment for active games. The lake is amazing, and we even picked mushrooms and berries just a few steps from the house. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. The place is quiet and peaceful - an excellent choice, especially for families with kids. Highly recommend!

Erittäin siisti talo ulkoa ja sisältä kaikki tarvittava löytyy ehdottomasti

Der Aufenthalt in Jarnos Wohnung war genau was ich in Finnland erhofft hatte! Bereits beim betreten wurden wir von kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten in Urlaubslaune versetzt und der Ausblick auf den See ist morgens wie Abends Traunhaft. Was den Aufenhalt perfekt gemacht hat war die umfassende Ausstattung. Neben Billard , Sauna und Boot für den See war in der Küche wirklich jedes Zubehör vorhanden und sogar Dinge wie ein Spielzeug-Fahrzeug oder Brettspiele waren da. Vorbereitetes Sauna Zubehör, Standmatten und ein Berg flauschiger Handtücher sorgten dafür das wir uns wie in einem SPA vorkamen. In der Nähe gibt es einen wunderschönen kleinen Strand und einen Grillplatz, aber man kann auch in der Hauseigenen Schaukel entspannen oder auf dem Wunderschön angelegten Pier die Sonne des Sees genießen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern super Platz gefunden. Zudem antwortet Jarno auf jede noch so kleine Frage in rekordzeit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen!!

Belle maison spacieuse et bien décorée, confortable dans un environnement paisible. Une voiture est nécessaire mais il y a de quoi faire autour, si on aime la nature. Je recommande

Lovely house and great host. Everything needed for a nice family stay. Kimmo and family were very helpful with our check in and out process. The house is spacious and sits in a calm and safe environment. Easy access to public transportation and a shopping center. Lovely patio and garden to enjoy in summer time. All and all a place worth staying at 😊

Kisareissulla käytiin pikainen visiitti ummistamassa silmiä Anun luona. Päällimmäisenä jäi mieleen hyvä tuoksu, jopa ulkovessassa. Uni maistui ja rauhallinen kahvi aamu-usvassa terassilla. Erityiskiitos tarpeidemme joustavasta huomioinnista.

Visitamos Lahti por un evento deportivo, la casa de Juha y Sella es increíble, incluso mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Nos dieron tour de bienvenida en el que nos explicaron el funcionamiento de todas las utilidades de la casa y nos dieron recomendaciones de la zona. Los anfitriones no tardan nada en contestar en caso de dudas. 100% recomendable para visitar Lahti!

Leena’s place was as described and better. When I arrived the temperature was -10 C outside but the house was very warm and cosy. The sauna was a lovely luxury. The location is quiet and a walking distance from supermarkets and the bus station.

Better than advertised! Beautiful home. Exceptionally clean and neat! The downstairs bathroom was amazing. We loved using the sauna. The outside space was a bonus. Full grill pizza oven and fire pit outside furniture and hammock JP was a wonderful host. He checked to make sure if there was anything we needed. His home is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We used electronic scooters to get around the city. The bottle of wine and local bread and eggs were a wonderful surprise. Ability to go up and down stairs is a must.

Metsämaisema terassilta oli miellyttävä ja terassi oli muutenkin hyvän kokoinen. Tilat ovat kuten kuvissa. Siistiä, puhdasta ja uutta. Viestintä nopeaa ja ystävällistä.

Nice house in the forest. blueberries, owls just outside the door. large set of good quality glasses, cuttlery, kitchenware. 4 min to drive to beach at Messila camping, 6 min to Messila Golf, 7 min to good quality k-suoermarket. sauna inside the house. highly reccomended for those who like holidays in nature.

Olemme aiemmin viettäneet lomia Vierumäen hirsimökeissä, mutta tämä ylitti selvästi odotuksemme. Varustus oli modernia ja hyvänlaatuista kautta linjan keittiössä, sauna (säätölaitteet uudet ja helppokäyttöiset) sekä vuoteet/patjat hyvät ja osa sängyistä säädettäviä. Portaat yläkerran parvelle pienten lapsienkin kuljettavat. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä.

Sympaattinen saunamökki luonnon läheisyydessä, ja majoitus toimi loistavasti myös koiran kanssa :)

Kiva pikkumökki omistajan pihalla. Ihana puusauna oli kahdelle just sopiva ja hyvät löylyt! Mökistä löytyi kaikki mitä tarvitaan. Omistajat olivat ystävällisiä ja koira oli söpö! Uimaan vaikea mennä kun niin paljon kasvia vedessä. Se oli ainoa miinus. Omistaja kuitenkin ystävällisesti yritti sitä haravoida pois niin päästiin pulahtamaan saunan jälkeen!

Four of our friends looked for a quiet getaway from the city for a few nights. Truly grateful that we found Hill Pocket. The hut sits in an enchanted mossy forest at the edge of an impressive cliff. Thanks to the cliff, the view from the patio and the sauna is amazing. We visited in September, so we had the privilege to sit at the patio watching and listening to flocks of cranes migrating to the south. The hut is cozy and spacious and the sauna deserves a medal. We found plenty of tasteful, artsy touches in and around the hut, it was great fun to explore the surroundings. All in all, a unique experience. Not every day that you stumble upon such a cool hut for rent.
