Beautiful flat in a very quiet setting. Lovely balcony with great views to the river and the mountains. Very well equipped kitchen and overall very well looked after flat. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Everything you need to feel comfortable is available. Spacious rooms. More than enough space for 4 adults. Very lovingly furnished with lots of little details, but without unnecessary stuff. Very nice hosts, perfect check-in and always immediately available. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

The stay was all around perfect! The place was exactly as described – it was very clean, cozily furnished and well equipped. The location was quiet, yet central, so you could reach everything quickly. I was there with my family and little daughter, and even a crib was there, which we greatly appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable and wide, perfect for restful nights. The host was super friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

SIMPLY WONDERFUL! A small jewel of apartment, clean, equipped with useful comforts x both short and long stays. Wonderful area with a very comfortable bus stop that in halfhour takes you to the center of Salzburg (in 3, A/R paid 20 euros). Super helpful and very kind host. I would come back with my eyes closed!

Uncomplicated communication, clean building and facility, the love for the building and the facility can be felt in every fiber. It is light-hearted, so respect for the other guests is also important in your own room and patience in the sense of "live and let live." The proximity to the mountain and the Windbeutelbaron are fantastic! I love this sauna!!! And I can only recommend that everyone switch off and find contact with nature and like-minded people. 🫶🏻

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

We had a lovely time. We were able to really switch off and relax. The location is very quiet and nice and the house was clean. You have everything you need to cook. Ute is very friendly and nice and personally welcomed us and explained and showed us everything. We will recommend it and definitely come back.

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

The residence is very wonderful and indescribable. If you want to live in a wonderful residence, you have to stay in Johan's apartment. Everything is close to you and you can enjoy the breathtaking views in front of the apartment. Johan and his wife are very wonderful people. Johan will make you feel that you are in your home. I asked him about some snowy peaks and he brought me a paper with all the available peaks to visit. He is a wonderful person. Inevitably when I return to Austria, I will live in Johan's apartment.

Thank you Bea for sharing his apartment with us.We arrived precisely to the accommodation following the information Bea provided, with private parking in front of the door, and Bea warmly accommodated us and provided a lot of travel tips and information.The next day I did not drive, about 3 minutes walk at the accommodation, there is a bus stop that goes directly to the downtown area of Salzburg, which is very convenient.The apartment is clean and fully equipped with shopping mart and outlet mall 5 minutes by car.Very satisfied accommodation for this trip. Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. All in all we had a few very nice days. Thanks to Daniela !

Andrea and her husband were great hosts. We immediately felt welcome and experienced a thoroughly Bavarian New Year's Eve.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

Great stay at Viktoria’s apartment. Easy to find, very clean, spacious and relaxing. The patio is a bonus. Easy access to Salzburg city centre via the number 4 bus, takes less than 15 minutes, the bus stop is right outside, on the other side of the road. Can recommend
