This amazing lower ground floor apartment is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Notting Hill, recently refurbished and fitted with designer furniture. When you stay here you will feel like you've just stepped onto a movie set. The imposing white Victorian buildings, built in the 1850's create an atmosphere that really has to be experienced to understand. The famous Portobello Road is only a minute walk and the trendy Westbourne Grove is also within a couple of minutes walk.

A Wonderful Stay with an Exceptional Host! Highly recommend this BnB (Oliver's place) for anyone seeking comfort, hospitality and closer to PACES training academy! I had a fantastic stay at Oliver's place, greeted with a genuine warm welcome. The host went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience, providing spotless, beautifully decorated accommodation with all amenities. The host's knowledge of the area was invaluable, suggesting local restaurants, historical places, map of the locations and transportation. The personal attention and kindness of the host were standout. The BnB offers comfort, quality, and genuine care, making it a great choice for future visits. If I find myself returning to London in the future for any reason, I will definitely choose to stay here again. It's truly a remarkable place that has captured my heart. :)

We had a wonderful stay with Karen and Nick. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and described on Airbnb. They were incredibly friendly and empathetic hosts. We slept like we were in the clouds – the bed was soft and cosy. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with fresh towels provided every other day. Our room was cleaned regularly, with fresh water, coffee, and milk replenished daily. We can wholeheartedly recommend Karen and Nick’s accommodation to anyone. Hope to see you again soon!

I think it’s impossible to find a better value for money in London. The location is great. The “Warwick Gardens” bus stop is literally right outside the apartment door, and the “High Street Kensington” underground station is about a 15-minute walk away. So it’s super easy to get to central London by public transport. The sheets, towels, and kitchen were very clean. The apartment might be a bit cluttered, which causes dust to accumulate in some areas, but nothing that bothered us. On top of that, Charlotte is a very friendly host. Her neighborhood guide was really helpful, and she even allowed us to check in earlier. I definitely recommend it.

Diane was an excellent host. We were only there for a short period, arriving 5pm Saturday and leaving 10am Sunday. The flat is spotlessly clean, has all amenities, a very modern bathroom with a very cool toilet and shower! Also some nice touches with fresh food, drinks and snacks available in the kitchen.
