Nydelig hytte

Glem bekymringer, nyt lange herlige dager i denne nydelige hytta ved vakre Tyrifjorden. Her ferierer du både landlig og sentralt samtidig. Oslo 40 min unna, fjorden på tomta, golfbane 5 min unna og for ikke å snakke om Krokskogen med nydelige skiløyper, fotturer og sykkelstier! Hytta er nylig rehabilitert og er et godt sed å komme tilbake til etter aktive dager ute. Ikke innlagt vann! Drikkevann kommer i dunker (ordnes av vert), vann til vask hentes i fjorden. Forbrenningstoalett. Brygge ødelagt

Panoramautsikt,nærhet til Oslo og fantastisk natur

Koselig hus i rolig og etablert boligfelt! Perfekt "getaway" ca 45 minutter kjøring fra Oslo. Gode bussforbindelser 10-15 min gange fra huset. Fantastisk utsikt over både Tyrifjorden og Steinsfjorden med meget gode solforhold. Stor hage med sandkasse og trampoline. Huset har 3 soverom og sovesofa om man skulle trenge flere sengeplasser. Barneseng på hovedsoverom. Reiseseng, vogner, leker og barnestol tilgjengelig. Dobbeltgarasje med mulighet for lading av elbil. Velkommen!!:D

Flott natur, gode ski og tur muligheter, veldig fine områder også på sommeren, fine bade muligheter. Ikke langt til Norefjell. 500 meter til Sundvollen Hotell, matbutikk og bensinstasjon. 45 min. til Oslo. Har 2 parkerings plasser. Jeg er bortreist i perioder. Tenker å leie ut da. Må avtales opphold direkte på melding. Har NRK og noen andre kanaler

Lite småbruk med mye historie på den idylliske Bønsnes. På eiendommen er det en liten skog som grenser til Tyrifjorden. 500 meter gange fra huset ligger gårdens egen strand. Et koselig gårdshus i god stand, med tre stuer, 10 ildsteder. Utsikt til fjorden i den ene retning og gårdens jorder og vinranker i den andre. Historisk sus: På nabotomten bodde kunstmaler Anders Svarstad (1869-1943), som var gift med nobelprisvinner Sigrid Undset, og de var jevnlig på gården.

Unik perle helt nede ved Steinsfjorden. Stedet har egen strandlinje. Her kan du gå direkte ut fra soverommet til stranden og nyte et herlig morgenbad! Stedet består av hovedhytte og et nybygd anneks. Annekset har hovedsoverom med panoramautsikt mot Steinsfjorden. I tillegg er det tre ytterligere soverom, samt ett bad. Nytt og flott kjøkken i hovedhytta. Det er båtplass på hytta, men det medfølger ikke båt i leien. Det er stor veranda med sittegruppe og grill.

Hi! We are looking to rent out our lovely cabin to travelers and or fellow norwegians looking for a break from city life. We have been renovating this home for the past few months and it holds a simple, cozy standard. The living room has a tall ceiling and lots of windows to display the incredible view over Tyrifjorden. The parking lot is big enough for several cars. The property is 1000m2, with a big veranda that offers sunshine from early morning till dawn.

A cozy glass structure is surrounded by greenery, offering tranquil views of the lake. It features a wooden floor, a small table, and a comfortable chair. The open doors allow natural light to flood in, creating a bright and inviting space for relaxation.

I made this house to be with my kids, I am sure you will love the space, details and how nature integrates in every moment you are there. The cabin has a large garden with many different spots. We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

Ich war 5 Wochen dort. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Zu Fuß kommt man recht schnell an ein großes Einkaufszenter, dort gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Generell kommt man zu Fuß sehr gut zu recht. Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel habe ich nicht getestet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und man kann sich gut mit ihm unterhalten. Er hatte mir angeboten eine Wanderung zu machen, was ich auch gerne gemacht habe. Er gab viele Tipps was man machen kann in der Umgebung aber auch Tipps für längere Fahrten. Alles in allem sehr tolle 5 Wochen.

Die Villa Sollvang war genau so, wie Karin sie in ihrem Inserat beschrieben hat: sehr liebevoll renoviert, gemütlich eingerichtet und so, dass man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Das neu eingebaute Badezimmer liegt zwar im Keller, aber das hat dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch getan. Alles war sauber und gut erklärt. Die Kommunikation mit Karin war sehr angenehm und herzlich. Gerne wieder!

Stian was a wonderful Host, he was very helpfull and communicativ right from the start. The Apartment was a dream, right at the sea with also the view of the sea! Thats what you want to wake up to. Its quiet in the surroundings and you can get everywhere easily by foot. All in all asbolutely worth the visit and i‘ll definitely book this again in the future!

This space is small and lovely. Be sure that you feel comfortable using a ladder if you have more than two guests. The lofted space is cozy and comfy once you're up! So easy to access all parts of the city via the tram right outside the building. Lots of great dining options within a couple of blocks. We found the best Indian food outside of India at Indian Street Food. Highly recommend!

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir entdeckten viele schöne Details. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Ein persönlicher Kontakt mit Kristin hat nicht stattgefunden (war auch nicht notwendig, da alles problemlos verlief), aber auf Anfragen hat sie rasch geantwortet. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.
