大広間や複数のお手洗い、そして少し広めの浴室とシャワールームが１つずつあり、大人数の宿泊には最適です。また、ペット可でモーニングがいただける素敵な喫茶店やその他飲食店や温泉、そして美ヶ原や高ボッチといった早朝に雲海が見れるスポットが近くにあったのも最高でした。夜は星がとても綺麗に見えるのも素敵です。ただ、BBQをお考えの方は屋根がないこととガスを使用するものであること、別途料金がかかることには注意していただいた方が良いかと思います。キッチンは簡易なもので大人数で何かを作るといった用途には向いてはいませんが、バーカウンターとなっておりとても素敵な雰囲気を味わえるものでした。また、外には無料で利用できるバレルサウナもありました。総合すると設備、ロケーションに非常に強みをもった素敵な宿だったと思います。また機会があれば、是非利用させていただきたいと思います。

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.

Absolutely loved our stay at this traditional Japanese house. The space was clean, peaceful, and full of charm — tatami floors, shoji doors. Best of all, we were incredibly lucky to catch a clear view of Mount Fuji right from the backyard. Truly unforgettable. Would definitely stay again!

Love this beautiful house. We are lucky to have two beautiful day to see the full Fuji mountain from the back yard. The house is better than I expected. It’s spacious and has everything u need well prepared. of course most important is the huge backyard with the view of the Fuji mountain. So rare and beautiful. It’s a perfect getaway from the city life. I also really enjoyed the bathtub. Water power is great.

友人9人で宿泊利用させていただきました。 BBQもでき、なんといってもサウナが利用できたのが最高だった（水風呂、整いスペースも有り） 中は趣のある木造の造りの部屋でとても落ち着いた。大の大人9人でも広々できる。 一つだけ苦労したところは、宿が少し入り込んだ場所にあったので探しづらかったです。外観を良く覚えておくと探しやすいと思います。

11ヶ月の子供とGWに落ち着いた時間を過ごせました。 水回り含めメンテナンスと掃除が行き届いていました。朝と夜は冷えますが、暖炉があるので問題ありません。 朝は、お庭で景色を見ながらコーヒーをいただき、夜は大きなテーブルで夕食をとり、暖炉でくつろぎます。 屋内のライトは暖色で揃えてあり、落ち着く空間。シーリングライト以外にもフロアランプがいくつか設置されています。 車があったので不便しませんでしたが、最寄りのスーパーは車で10分ほどです。 周辺を散策しましたが、前には田園が広がり、たょうど田植えの時期でした。裏にはちょっとした緑のエリアがあり、子供とタンポポの綿をさわったり蝶々を観察しました。水路には気をつけてください。 屋内にも多少の虫は入りますが、5月は気にならない程度です。 家族や友人とまた利用したいと思います。

とても素晴らしいところでした！特に水道水が美味しいのにびっくりしました！ 周囲も便利な立地にも関わらず、富士山が綺麗に見えてとてもくつろげました。 あえて改善点を記載させていただくとすれば、プロジェクターやバーベキューの使い方が少しわかりにくかったことぐらいです。

期待値を遥かに超える素晴らしい別荘でした！お部屋は清潔でセンス良く整えられており、キッチンやバスルームを含めた設備も完璧でした。特にBBQ、料理作りが好きな団体にすごくおすすめします。 また、広々としたリビングや快適な寝室はとても居心地が良く、まるで自宅にいるかのようにリラックスできました。庭や周辺の環境も魅力的で、滞在中は本当に特別な時間を過ごせました。オーナーさん、ホストさんの対応もすごく親切で、またぜひ利用したいと思います！心からおすすめします！

Logement atypique mais completement adapté et équipé pour notre petite famille (2 adultes + 1 enfant). On a même eu le petit déjeuner offert ! Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car il faisait encore frais mais c'était agréable de pouvoir y accéder. Kunimi a été très gentil et nous a prêté gratuitement des vélo (avec sièges bébés) pour visiter Matsumoto. La proximité avec le Koboyama tumulus (à la saison des cerisiers en fleurs) est un plus !

great area to stay with great Mount Fuji views!

一棟丸々貸して頂き広々と過ごすことができました。お庭ではBBQができ、椅子やサンダルもたくさんあり、キッチンも近く調理器具も豊富でとても使い勝手がよかったです。 まだ夜は寒い時期でしたが、こたつも用意して頂きゆっくり過ごせました。 特にお庭にある蔵を貸して頂き、夜も周りを気にせず楽しむことができました。 エレキギター、ベース、クラシックギターと1つのアンプがあり設備も素晴らしかったです。 ホストの方々も優しく、親切に説明して頂きました。 また是非宿泊させて頂きたいです。

My family and I stayed here for three days and two nights, and we definitely had amazing experiences here. We reached quite late around 7pm but Kyoko-san patiently waited for us, greeted us and gave nice tour around the house. Even the home owner and the other co-hosts were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. For the next two mornings, we were blessed; greeted by the lovely Mount Fuji and the view from the house was spectacular ❤️ We came here during the Eid month, so we even had family Eid photos here! Such memorable experiences, and we would definitely recommend this place to others :)

チェックイン時間の変更にも柔軟に対応していただき、建物への誘導から暖を取るためのコツまで、いろいろと詳しく説明していただき助かりました。 冬は少し寒いですが、囲炉裏や暖炉など室内の雰囲気も素敵で楽しめました。 ありがとうございました！

過ごしやすいところでした！ 機会があればまた来たいと思いました

家族4名で2泊滞在。 滞在中は素敵な庭でBBQをして過ごす。別荘地なので騒がしくしないようにするが隣家と距離があるため、さほど気を使う必要はない。 オーナー母屋が同じ建物ではあるが構造的に干渉し合うこともない。 鳥のさえずりを聞きながら別荘地を散策したり、都会の喧騒と対極にあり、デトックスが出来る。また、部屋には1台もテレビがないため、子供たちは何かしら遊びを見つけて過ごしていたのがまた良かった。 また是非利用したい。

2度目の利用になります。 プライベートな空間が保たれていて、都会の喧騒から離れたい方にはとてもおすすめです。 充分な広さもあり、お庭ではBBQや焚き火も可能です。 基本的なアメニティ、食器、ゴミの分別なども用意されていますので滞在中は何のストレスもなく過ごせます。 室内の温度調整も問題なかったです。 また次回が楽しみです。

是我们在日本住的最好的房子，周边很宁静，房子打扫得一尘不染，有精心维护过的痕迹，房东夫妇很热情善良，从车站接送我们，退房会送我们去车站，我们落下了一个三脚架，房东夫妇开车给我们送到河口湖站，我们准备买礼物感谢的时候，房东夫妇已经把三脚架送到了，所以没有送成礼物非常抱歉。

8 years on, we returned to stay in this magnificent place. how far its come in 8 years, there is a whole amazingly curated experience now for the guests (no spoilers), interior has changed, garden, Bon fire, in floor Japanese fire pit for cooking. we went to the local grocer and bought everything to make yakitori. What an amazing time again.

Logement extrêmement bien situé par rapport aux nombreux point d’intérêts de la région. De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont accessibles rapidement à pied. Cependant prévoir un véhicule car la zone est difficile d’accès à pied. Nous utiliserons sûrement ce logement pour un prochain passage

Situated within the woods, very quiet and peaceful area. Not touristy and easily accessed by car (although walkable to the lake by foot, it s pretty steep hilly road so may not be suitable to walk for elderly). Very cosy and clean place. highly recommend!
