The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. For summer vacation bookings in 2026 (for stays from July 21st to August 31st), children up to elementary school age stay for free.
