Waterfront vacation rentals in Hohenkirchen

A likeable hostess with man and three cute daughters and a large, tastefully decorated, sparkling clean apartment where nothing was missing. Fantastic too: The large garden with "garage" for the pedelecs and the quiet location right on the sea. Often I quickly get up the stairs by the dyke in the evening to enjoy the every other view over the Wadden Sea from Langeoog to the left to Wangerooge on the right edge of the picture. All destinations are easily accessible by car, the nearest large supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Too bad, and at home can't be seen on any map: The path towards Neuharlingersiel was unfortunately only for hikers on the wind-protected side of the dyke and with a solid gate. With strong wind and perceived temperatures just above the freezing point, the sloping asphalt slope on the sea side as a bike path was not a real alternative. Thanks for the wonderful week at thatch 1874! It's a pity that it's five stars.

An absolutely excellent place to stay on the shore of the North Sea! The apartment was extraordinarily clean, extremely well maintained and of particularly high quality. You have both a beautiful view of the lake and the sea – simply fantastic! Everything in the apartment was of very good quality – from the furniture to the amenities to the details. The TVs were huge, the beds incredibly comfortable – all to the highest standard. A place where you immediately feel comfortable and that you can only recommend. Everything was really at its best – we will definitely be back!

I highly recommend the apartment!! We were there with 5 women and appreciated the large living area very much. In the spacious apartment you quickly feel at home and can enjoy your stay even in January. Grete is a very good host, thanks for everything!!!!!

The location was great! Only a few minutes' walk away was the dike and shortly thereafter the beach and above all also the dog beach! Great! The apartment was cozy and nice, the kitchen niche a bit small, but it fits for two people. At the dining table you have to squeeze a little on one side, as it is very narrow. The bedroom is under the roof and you have to bend down as a small person to walk around the bed and in the summer I imagine it to be correspondingly warm there, but outside the brooding summer time (which is cooler in the north anyway) it is really a great apartment! We felt very comfortable :)

We were spontaneously in the apartment for 5 days and immediately enjoyed the time there very much. Central location, short distances and yet quiet. Everything you need to feel good, including small extras ;-)...just GREAT! Communication was straightforward and inquiries were responded to and acted immediately. Therefore : Highly recommend! We will be happy to come back.

We lived in the entire cottage with two families and had a great time at Christine's farm. Especially the play barn was able to score points at the youngest who were so busy around the clock, while we adults were greeted by a fantastically clean and beautifully furnished apartment. Everything was as described, agreements went smoothly. We will be happy to come back to enjoy the tranquility of the North Sea and look forward to visiting Christine again!

Great location, almost directly on the dike, lots of restaurants and fish stands as well as playgrounds and leisure activities nearby. Very lovingly furnished with lots of little details, only the laundry package seems a bit expensive; but that's not uncommon in Germany. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was superbly furnished. We felt very comfortable right away. Very nice restored furniture combined with modern pieces. The bathroom is also very modern and practically furnished, it doesn't get any better than that. We had wonderful days with Sandra, the evenings in front of the fireplace were very cozy. Sandra's tip for a sunset directly on the sea prepared a very nice evening for us.

My parents spent a small vacation here and were very satisfied. Clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need.

We had a great weekend in Dangast. The place is in a great location and everything was clean. It is not so optimal that both bathrooms are directly connected to one bedroom each and are only separated from the bedrooms with a foiled glass door.

We stayed with our three children for an extended weekend at the lake house. The house is great, we felt comfortable right at the door opening. Rarely have we had such a well-equipped accommodation - especially for the kids. There were numerous toys and books. Janine is an excellent and warm hostess. She responded quickly to our questions and concerns and helped us easily. We were also very pleased with the welcome greeting. A big compliment and a heartfelt THANK YOU from us!

The bungalow is just the right size, is nicely decorated and clean. Above all, we liked the quiet and natural surroundings. We had some trouble finding it because the house number string is not directly visible. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Internet worked well and all the appliances were really great. From the bungalow you can start many great excursions and behind the dyke is the mudflat, as well as the floating moor - within walking distance.

We can agree with the previous ones with the positive reviews and felt very comfortable in the apartment. Martin even got us a TV at short notice. With programs /movies via Internet and Netflix. The apartment is centrally located, yet very quiet. Within walking distance you can reach the harbor, South beach, downtown, and several museums. Parking was also always available in the immediate vicinity. We will be happy to come back....

We liked the apartment very much, it is spacious, bright and stylishly decorated. Dennis as a host was responsible, caring and kind. We heartily recommend it!

Our stay at Anke's place was great. Communication beforehand and the flexible check-in were very positive. The apartment was the same as on the pictures in the listing. Clean and lovingly maritime decoration without slipping into the kitsch. You felt right at home. There was everything you need. In the beds we slept at least as well as at home ( and that was definitely the case with hardly any trip). Anke himself was very kind and helpful and reachable all week. Garden chairs and table were also available and you could have used the front garden in good weather. The supply was very well covered by many shops, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, bakery, etc. Baker at Edeka's even opened Sunday morning. In total, the apartment gets smooth five stars from us. We loved our stay in Nadine's cozy apartment. :) Everything you need was available in the apartment. This is also perfect for 2 people. Many small things were thought of, such as charging cables, shopping bags, and even a small music box. Dangast itself is a very quiet place. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is perfect for this. Thank you for this wonderful stay in Dangast. :)

The apartment has a great location and great views. You can quickly reach the beach promenade and, for example, the aquarium and the marine museum, both within easy walking distance. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. We stayed at Gabriele's place as a family and felt very comfortable - we would book again immediately!

We had a super great time in a very nice and clean accommodation. Everything you need is available. The location is perfect, you are quickly at the beach promenade and the city is within walking distance. Norman was great as a host. ☺️ We'll be happy to come back. 👍
