The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

Our floating holiday home on the Wangermeer offers relaxation on the inland lake in a comfortable accommodation and at the same time the proximity to the North Sea beaches. Houseboat number 4 is suitable for families of up to five people with two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a living/dining area with fully equipped kitchenette. A special highlight is the large roof terrace, where you can spend beautiful hours; the lake can be explored with the two SUPs.

Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Harriersand is in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and is easily accessible via a bridge. To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, it is possible to hikes like on the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. In the island there is a beach bath with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping facilities at 6-8 km away.
