Only 100 meters to the first tee of the golf course “Bades Huk“. From here, the marina with beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Equally close are secluded natural and sandy beaches. From our apartment, the view from the panoramic sitting area sweeps over the newly renovated golf course, the Baltic Sea to the island of Poel. The equestrian facility “Glanz Equestrian” is located in the village. Our small residential complex with three units and private terrace has 1000 square meters of land and direct access to the golf course.

At the beginning of 2025, we took it over and since then have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and rest. We have waived TVs and invite you to arrive at your own place: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in Hohen Wieschendorf in Wismarer Bay. The holiday apartment is on the upper floor of our house. In addition to a parking space and a balcony, there is also a sitting area with a folding grill at the pond. Within walking distance you can reach the Baltic Sea. By car or bike, you can reach the Hanseatic city of Wismar or the castle city of Klütz and the Baltic Sea resort Boltenhagen in a few minutes.

Tiny house with fireplace

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
