The apartment is comfortably equipped. In five minutes, guests are on the premium rock trail, which leads 45 km far around the town. Other premium trails are just as easy access. Very close is also an entrance to the mountain bike park Pfälzerwald, with 900 km long route network.

The apartment is part of a detached house, has a separate entrance, a private parking space and a fully equipped kitchen. Shopping and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. A playground is nearby.
