Very private and secluded. Ideal for vacationers, families with children, guest workers, motorcyclists, hikers. The mountain bike trail starts right outside the front door! Max. medium-sized dogs allowed Very quiet location by the Palatinate Forest. Shops and a bus stop are within walking distance.

Cozy stay near the Palatinate Forest

This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. On the outside with old beautiful sandstone, modern from the inside. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with family bed(3m) there we sleep 4 :) You can pull out the couch. A muggy game room and a storage room with washer-dryer are also available. Since March 2024, there is finally Wi-Fi :) If you need tips for the things to do, please don't hesitate to reach out

Our modern furnished apartment is 50 square meters and is located in a low-traffic location. Field and forest trails are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful hiking landscape in the Palatine Mühlenland can be explored wonderfully. Dogs are ♥welcome. The apartment is part of a detached house, has a separate entrance, a private parking space and a fully equipped kitchen. Shopping and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. A playground is nearby.

Ideal - for hiking on the certified Rodalber Felsenwanderweg (direct access to Schweinefelsen, post 18) - for mountain bike tours in the MTB Park Pfälzer Wald - for exploring the Palatinate Forest, Wasgau and nearby Alsace (France). Fitness room and property for shared use. Mountain bike storage room, locked.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
