House vacation rentals in Hocking County

Our group of 6 kids and 2 adults had a wonderful stay. The living areas were spacious and the kids could really spread out for their own activities while the adults hung out in the main living space. We loved all the activities at the house, especially pickleball and basketball. Would love to return during summer months to take advantage of the pool!

My team stayed in Beth's house for the Buck Fifty race and it was perfect. Plenty of room for us to spread out, hot tub for sore muscles after each portion of the race and a comfortable place to relax in during the downtime. We will absolutely be booking for the race again next year assuming someone else doesn't snag it out from under us.

Such a beautiful house to have the celebration of life for my lovely mom, and unexpectedly me and my boyfriend of 12 years decided to get married on the same day. It was so awesome thank you for everything you’re awesome I would rent it again and again and again. 🥰

Stayed here with multiple families and kids and it was perfect!! The kids loved being on their own floor in the basement and every couple had their own bedroom! The common area was spacious and plenty of dining space!! We had an amazing time having game tournaments in the game area as well!

We enjoyed our stay. We were in Ohio for my son draft party. This place was perfect for my family. We enjoyed all the amenities. The pool area was huge and nice. Natalie and Justin were very friendly. I was able to check in at 2pm. The house is exactly how described on the site. There were a few minor issues. But they were resolved immediately. I would definitely stay here again. And I highly recommend this property.

Bryan was an amazing host, his property was truly 1 of 1, amazing backyard and perfect home to bring your family even closer! on a quiet street and close proximity to the great nightlife Athens offers. Check in and check out was seamless and Bryan makes himself readily available if there’s anything his guests might need. Highly recommend this property for small groups. 10/10 experience. -Devone

Our group of 6 had an excellent stay and felt there was plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything we needed and more; you could tell a lot of thought went into making this place very comfortable. We would definitely love to stay again in the future!

Clean, and peaceful setting. Not a lot of traffic. Easy to find and access stocked with everything you need (dishes ,towels ,ect) Very enjoyable

We LOVED our stay!! The property was so magical and very private (our favorite part). The first day we were there, the sun was shining and we spent our time lying in the flower field. The hot tub was perfect and so comforting at night. The fire pit by the pond was so calming and the full moon reflecting off the water was so serene. Following the sunny day, we had a rainy day by the pond which fulfilled all my fairy garden pond dreams 🧚🐸 the frogs were active, the pond alive. Genuinely one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. There’s magic in the air. On the sunny day, we drove 20 min to ash cave and cold plunged under the waterfall. It was amazing. We had a 2wd car - it took a couple tries to get up the hill, but we were able to do it. We did not leave the property on the rainy day, we would not have been able to get up the driveway. So definitely keep in mind the weather if you aren’t driving a 4wd vehicle.

Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space. Nice mix of historical and contemporary. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. It was too cold to use the outdoor fire pit area, so I can’t comment on that. Hosts were accommodating with an early check-in. Fairly close to some Logan restaurants. Just be careful using Waze for directions. It took us some unconventional routes, so a couple of our drives were longer and more of an adventure than they should’ve been. Overall, a very nice place.

Third time staying here. Perfect location for visiting student at Ohio University. Spotless. Daniel is always quick to respond. Will definitely return again.

Nature’s Nest is a lovely little escape from the hustle and bustle of our world today. The house was spotless - the most important non-negotiable of all - from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the openness of the house and felt it was the perfect size for our overnight stay. There were lots of cozy little touches, like chocolates left on the kitchen counter and beds, a keurig bar, and pool towels for the hot tub. We enjoyed the addition of the privacy barrier on the deck to ensure maximum comfort while outside. The owners were very friendly and responsive, providing detailed instructions upon check-in/check out. While the neighbors dogs were a bit noisy, we did not find them to be a nuisance at all. Be mindful of the driveway - it’s narrow and eroding, but easily accessible. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our time at the house was very nice. The house was clean and cozy. Enjoyed the back deck with the peaceful view of the woods. Michael was very friendly and informative, answered questions very promptly. We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful cabin! Perfect weekend getaway. 40 mins from the Hocking Hills visitor center, but had a scenic drive! Definitely recommend.

The house was clean and conviently located. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. We were on a tight budget so it met our needs.

We had a great time and it was relaxing. We were able to use our ATVs and spend time outside. We took out two dogs. The place was clean and had a lot of household items. It was great to play the board games bc we forgot our games at home.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Logan House! The house was comfortable, spacious, and spotless, and we were greeted with delicious treats on our arrival. We hiked during the day and then either cooked in the great kitchen or walked from the house into downtown Logan for dinner and frozen yogurt. Due to rain we weren't able to use the fire pit, but we spent a lot of time in the cedar hot tub!

We had a great time at Aaron's place for the weekend! We had a group of 13 and 2 babies & the layout made it easy to have group dinners and the living room was large enough for everyone to sit together. We had no problem finding quiet places for the babies to nap and all of the husbands LOVED the games in the basement. Aaron communicated all necessary info up front and we had no issues during our stay. Great spot for our annual friend reunion, thanks Aaron!

Mervat’a places are so uniquely decorated and cozy. The beds were super comfy, and we felt so at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave much with the full kitchen, big tv, and hot tub right outside the front door! Mervat was incredibly kind and responsive. She answered all my questions quickly, and her brother who happened to be staying on the property was also friendly and helpful. We felt so well cared for and can’t wait to return!

My group and I had an amazing stay at the Laurelville home. Jason and Lin provided a cozy and nice place on top of already being gracious hosts. They were super flexible with checking in and out and overall made everything easy. The main Hocking hills attractions are only about a 20 minute drive from the home so that was awesome. loved exploring all the trails and caves. Lastly I’m ending with how good the pizza shop was right around the corner, will definitely be back and highly recommend.
