We really enjoyed the location which was close to everything we needed but out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist part of Hobart. It was a great spot to use for visiting the Huon Valley, Bruny Island and Hobart itself. Although a bit further to go when going to the Coal River Valley, the traffic was light and easy to navigate.

Wendy and Harry’s place exceeded all our expectations. The home was spotless and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. After a long day of travel, Wendy’s clear directions and the helpful photo she sent made finding the property a breeze.​ The washer, dryer, and all the laundry supplies were a lifesaver. We especially appreciated the beautifully designed, easy-to-navigate information booklet it made settling in seamless.​ Wendy’s homemade fudge and cookies were absolutely divine! We were disappointed to miss out on her homemade peanut butter, but we’re sure it’s just as delicious.​ The bed was hands-down the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, we even snapped photos of the bedding labels to recreate the experience at home.​ Wendy and Harry have truly thought of everything. We felt so well cared for and were genuinely sad to leave. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Natasha’s studio was beautiful, clean and surrounded by a gorgeous garden. The location is on a quiet street just across the road from the beach and walking paths/tracks. It’s exactly as described and I found it easy to walk to bus stops to get to Hobart CBD. I found Natasha to be an excellent host, prior to my stay she generously accommodated my needs of washing detergent, drying rack and towels to be able to wash my sporting kit on a daily basis as the studio doesn’t include a washing machine. I found her studio very warm and welcoming and had all amenities needed, including more than the basic condiments. She was an excellent communicator prior, during and upon departure, she advised me in advance of any interruptions during my stay (council workers needed access to backyard one morning). Natasha even allowed me to leave my suitcase at the apartment after checkout while I played my last game of sport before departure. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful!

Larrie’s place is beautiful and we had our best time. The place is clean and peaceful as described. Larrie and Cathy are great host and will guide you if you need recommendations. The place has lot to offer. Check out the lagoon at the front. Everything is around 15-20min drive and you have plenty of options for food delivery till late night. You will find a few harmless native animals if you are lucky. We saw Rabbits and even a Pademelon. If the sky is clear, remember to look up in the night. You will be amazed! We will surely be back soon. Thank you.

I had a wonderful stay in Cambridge! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Anne was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The space was quiet and cozy, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cambridge and would love to stay again!

Micheal and Andrea's Airbnb was a peaceful and comfortable place. The Airbnb is spacious and the views to Mount Wellington from the bedroom and bathroom were a pleasant surprise. The bed was super comfortable and warm with a duck down and feather quilt. There are also plenty of blankets in the cupboard. The place is warm with a heater in the loung/dining room and in the bedroom. There is a fan heater in the bathroom. Andrea greeted me with a lovely friendly welcome. Delicious Strawberries, grapes, yoghurt, milk and cereal were a welcome treat. Murphy the staffy is adorable and cuddly. This place is 10/10. Thank you Andrea, Michael and Murphy for your hospitality, recommendations, knowledge of Hobart and your lovely Airbnb. I will be back. Note: if you are planning to visit Mount Wellington, rug up. It was eight degrees colder than Mount Nelson and windy on top of the mountain.

We had a delightful stay, enjoying the beautiful property and local walks as well as the stunning and extensive gardens and nursery next door. We appreciate attention to detail at Edenlight and touches like fresh cut flowers in the room and bathroom & a fire laid and ready for us. We also appreciated the local knowledge and tips. Such a beautiful place to stay. Not only close to Hobart, but so peaceful!!! The house was perfect for 4. Wenqi was kind and very friendly… the pets, nature and animals around made everything better!

Pam is an amazing host who constantly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. She is always up for a chat and has some great recommendations to help you get the most out of your visit. Coco is delightful herself and I can't recommend Pam's place enough to anyone visiting Hobart. The unit in itself is spacious, peaceful and private with a great view of the mountains and the lake. Vanessa and Ariel were great hosts, quick to respond they provided clear information about their place. The house was a gem. It was spacious, a well stocked kitchen, sufficient linen and pillows for the bed, a shower and bath with adequate water temperature and pressure. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance and a few kilometers away from the CBD. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Hobart.

My second stay at Corinna,s place, equally as good as the first. A very comfortable , well appointed 1 bedroomed unit. Safe, secure, and well equiped. I like the location which is high in the hills above Hobart but only a 5 minute drive to town. Corinna is a very well experienced host and goes the extra mile to take care of her guests. Highly recommended. I hope to visit again next year and stay here again.

Lauren's space is extremely clean, tidy and centrally located to many local spots. She is very responsive and has a few extra surprises for her guests upon arrival.

Karen's accommodation is absolutely beautiful and restful, tastefully styled and immaculate. Karen has thought of all those little touches and supplies that make it feel like home. We loved our stay and adored the wonderful views and tranquility. Thank You Karen and Simon.

Amazing hosts, made us feel right at home from the first moment. The place was spotlessly clean, with all necessary amenities and great view to the city. As a bonus, the hosts were kind enough to provide us some of the produce from their garden. Highly recommended if you're staying in Hobart!

I had a great time and especially loved the view, especially in the early mornings! There is not much to add to the other reviews, I will just point out a few things I did and can recommend wholeheartedly: 1. Go bushwalking around Mount Nelson, it is really well signposted and especially nice to see some wildlife hopping around more often than you might imagine or even not notice while walking around 2. Visit the Signal Station at Mount Nelson and the Restaurant there 3. Enjoy the short walk just a few hundred meters up the street for the Mount Nelson Store or walk a little bit longer to the Hill Street Grocer in Sandy Bay, easy ways to stock up with anything you may need 4. There is a pretty scenic way into the city by foot alongside the Errol Flynn Reserve, but there is also the challenging Napoleon Street ahead 5. Go out of the city when there is a cruise ship day, maybe even to Launceston up in the North Guided Tours are interesting, but might not be everyone's cup of tea...

The host and her lovely family are very friendly and easy . Sandy bay main park / ocean views are only 5 min walk - posh and nice area

We had the most wonderful stay at Louisa’s studio. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay in Hobart. The area is also perfect, we loved coming back to the Airbnb after a busy day and it served as a very peaceful sanctuary nestled in a gorgeous suburb of Tassie. Louisa is a lovely, friendly host who was very responsive in communication and helpful. We highly recommend staying here if you are in Hobart. We will certainly be back. Thank you Louisa!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at this gem in Sandy Bay! The views over Hobart are just breathtaking — we couldn't get enough of the scenery. The place itself was spotless and so comfortable, with everything we could possibly need. It really felt like a home away from home. Appliances and amenities were top notch. I have to give a special shout-out to the toaster. It made us question our life choices about our sad little toaster back home! Every detail in the place was so thoughtfully curated, making our stay feel extra special. Would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a view that you’ll never want to leave. Can't wait to return!
