Even there was unexpected late check out request, they allowed us to extend our staying wiz good extra price. host responsed about whole the requests very quickly. gonna stay here later again.

Thank you Do for the great place to come back to after exploring Hanoi each day. Having a party is 5, we all had private space and enough room to enjoy ourselves. A big relief knowing we had security and a locked gate at Midnight each day. The air conditioning was perfect, great hot water and very comfortable beds. We have booked it again on the way back to Hanoi so look forward to meeting you!

Great location near the Old Quarter. The complex is right in the middle of the community so you'll feel like you're living in Hanoi with the locals with all the conveniences of modern accomodation inside. Hosts are incredibly responsive and worth the 5 star rating alone. Anything you need or ask, they reply quickly and kindly. One thing to note is that there are quite a few flghts of stairs to go up to the apartment and on a hot day upon arrival, that can be difficult if you're not fit.

Two of us went on our first trip to Vietnam, and we needed a two-room accommodation, and we chose this place that we happened to know about, and both the party I traveled with and I were very satisfied, and we felt comfortable and cozy during the trip~ If you're looking for a place to stay in Miding, I highly recommend this place

Absolutely amazing apartment !! So much better than we could’ve expected. A little out the centre but you can just get a taxi in and it’s worth it for the amazing place and views. Lovely host too. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Bach helped us out in a pinch when our previously booked Airbnb lost power during 100 degree temps. Despite calling late in the evening and the cleaners still in the process of cleaning, he accepted our reservation and rushed the team to complete. Bach had an entire team of hosts locally that were very responsive. Although, not in the old quarter, it was easy to get around to desired locations using grab. The rooms were very nice and very well air conditioned. Even when we lost power due to city grid maintenance, the first floor room stayed cool. This team bent over backwards to recover what could have been a disastrous start to a shared vacation with my family and my two sister’s families. I highly recommend.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The place is the same as in the photos. Hoa is very responsive.

The location of the homestay is particularly good, far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, just a one-minute walk from the intercontinental hotel, and there are many good restaurants and coffee shops and grocery stores around, which is very convenient, and we love the view along the lake.The house is beautiful, we had a wonderful Spring Festival here, the terrace on the top level was beautiful and unfortunately not available to enjoy.The host is welcoming, responsive, and grateful to meet

Everything you can wish for. The apartment is clean, close to the city centre (5 mins by walk to the Opera building and ~15 to the Hoan Kiem lake). There are four toilets in the apartment and a TV setup with Netflix. Certainly recommended.

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

The host guided me very enthusiastically and the apartment was very clean and nice. Will use this apartment next time.

This was my 2nd time staying at Ms. Thu's place. She and her staff were incredibly great. Definitely will stay again next time.

Everything was so magnificent that words cannot describe it. The apartment is beautiful, and the hosts were so attentive that I felt like a baby being cared for. Whenever I needed something, they responded immediately. The location is in a wonderful area, with a very large shopping mall nearby. I absolutely loved the apartment, the hosts, and everything about Vietnam. I requested cleaning for the apartment, and I’ve never seen anyone do their job so well. The apartment is beautiful and quiet. It truly feels like home, with all the amenities you need. There are amazing walking areas. Check the maps and go explore. While walking, enjoy fantastic coffee and drinks to make your day even better. Everything felt like a dream. Your hospitality was amazing. Your home was incredible. Everything was perfect. I offer you my endless thanks. I love you so much. Thank you very, very much for giving me such a wonderful experience. Everything was flawless ❤️❤️❤️

The host was very responsive and supportive about any issues I was wondering about. A place to stay in a private and clean condominium. All amenities are as described and the surrounding utilities are okay, only if the team eats at night, it must be prepared in advance
